Assembly Instructions

  • Remove the water feature from box and position the solar panel in full direct sunlight.
  • Wipe over with a damp cloth to remove any residual dust.
  • Fill water feature with water.
  • Submerge the pump in the water, with central nozzle remaining out of the water.
  • Fix the pump securely to the bottom of the water feature to avoid vibration.
  • Connect the solar panel and the pump securely.
  • ALWAYS make sure there is water in the water feature so that the pump remains submerged.
  • Change the water frequently to avoid dirt affecting the pump.
  • Solar feature with Non-replaceable Lithium Battery and Light. Non-replaceable LED is with light sensor. Pump runs with sun light or by battery when there is no sunlight. Battery will power the pump for 3-4 hours continuously when fully charged. Solar panel charges the battery and runs the pump under the sun light.

Trouble shooting

  • Check the water level. Adjust the water level to achieve the desired effect and to minimize any splashing. Running the pump without sufficient water can damage the pump. Splashing or leaking can occur if the reservoir is too full.
  • Check the pump discharge and intake for dirt and debris.
  • Check the water feature tubing for kinks and obstructions.
  • Is the pump “air locked”? Plug and unplug the pump several times to clear.
  • If the pump operates, but there is no flow, check to ensure the pump is fully submerged.
  • If the pump operates, but there is no flow, and if the pump is submerged and there are no kinks in the supply tubing, lift the pump from the water. Remove supply tubing at pump outlet and clean tubing inside and out if necessary. Reset pump in water (outlet side up) and once water begins to flow, re-attach the supply tubing.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

  • To get the desired water effect [without excess splashing] you may need to soak parts of the water feature first before turning the unit on.
  • Please clean the water feature with a soft cloth and change the water frequently, as impurities can block the pump and water pipe. Do not use any abrasive substances.
  • Although intended for outdoor use we recommend it is stored inside for winter. Dry it thoroughly and store in a dry place.
  • If the item doesn’t work after trying the above tips, please contact a professional for further advice.
