Setting for automatic switching off

While the device is running, press the TIMER-Button to enter the timer setting.
With the timer-button you can set the time from 0 to 24 hours, each time you press it, the set time increases by 1 hour. If the timer button does not move within 5 seconds, it means that the time is confirmed. Once the set time has elapsed, the device automatically turns off.

If the timer button does not trigger any action within 5 seconds after completing the setting, it means that the time is confirmed.

Automatic dehumidification mode

For automatic dehumidification, activate the option with the MODE-Button. If the room humidity is > set humidity + 5%, the compressor starts and the fan runs at the set air speed. If the room humidity is < set humidity – 5%, the compressor will stop and the fan will not run. If the room humidity is between set humidity + 5% and set humidity – 5%, the whole unit runs in the initial operating condition. The initial value of the set humidity is 50%.

Note: With this model, the compressor switches off when the room humidity is less than -5% of the set humidity, the fan continues to run at the set air speed.

Continuous dehumidification mode

For continuous dehumidification, activate this option with the MODE-Button.
Then the compressor will start regardless of the relative humidity in the room, the fan will run at the highest speed by default and the fan speed can be adjusted.

APPLICATION

Dehumidification

The appliance is continuously dehumidified and the drain hose (12 mm inner diameter) is attached to the side of the device to drain the water.

Look for the water drainage connection on the left side and pull out the water stopper.
Dehumidification

Connect a drain hose with 12 mm inner diameter to the water drainage connection.
Dehumidification

The following figure illustrates the connection of a continuous dehumidification.

Note: Before operating the device, make sure that the water plug is removed and the drain hose is connected to the drain connection. The height of the water pipe end must be at least 10 cm below the height of the unit’s connection, and the hose must be smooth and not kinked, otherwise it will not drain properly.
Dehumidification

Dehumidification with the water pump

Check that the water plug of the continuous drain is inserted and the water pump outlet is not blocked.
Dehumidification with the water pump

Inert a water hose with an inner diameter of 5 mm into the water drainage connection of the pump (access is possible at any angle).
Dehumidification with the water pump

Note

  • The pump does not start immediately after the appliance has been started, as the integrated must be filled beforehand. As soon as the container is full, the pump starts automatically.

CLEAN THE DUST FILTER

To ensure efficient operation of the dehumidifier, you should clean the dust filter after each week of operation. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Switch off the appliance before cleaning, then wait a few minutes and unplug the appliance to disconnect it from the mains.
  2. Remove the inserted air filter.
  3. Use a Vacuum Cleaner to remove the dust accumulated on the filter.
  4. If the grille and the filter are very dirty, soak the filter in hot water and rinse it several times – the water temperature should not exceed 40°C, however. Clean with a Vacuum Cleaner.
  5. Allow the dust filter to dry thoroughly after washing and put it back into the dehumidifier.

NOTE
However, we recommend cleaning the filter as described after each week of operation to ensure that the appliance works as efficiently as possible.

NOTE
Never use the appliance without the filter.

CLEANING THE HOUSING

Before cleaning, switch off the unit, then wait a few minutes and unplug the power cord to disconnect the unit from the mains.

Clean the unit with a moderately damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.

  • Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents to clean the unit – this could be dangerous.
  • Do not spray insecticides or similar agents on the dehumidifier.
