I don’t believe you can just purchase the collar. When ours went bad after only 6 months, the seller we contacted didn’t offer us any options, nor did they offer to replace it.
I have a nine pound papillon, is this suitable for him?
This collar is perfect for all size dogs(15lbs~100lbs) with dimension: 2.76″ * 0.95″. If your dog weights among 15lbs~100lbs, it would be suitable to use. But still remember do not use it on dog younger than 6 months.
What kind of replacement charger can be used? Someone took mine And I can’t charge the collar or receiver.
You could use the USB port of a laptop or a regular computer, both of which can charge our product.
Does it work for dogs with long hair?
It works for long-hair dogs. You may need to pull the hair away when you use it and make sure your dog react on it.
I bought this a while ago and already have a collar a remote. Is it possible to just buy another collar and use the same remote?
Yes, you can connect up to 8 collars.
Is it possible to get a replacement cover for the remote antenna that is associated with this collar?

I just ordered a second collar, how do I pair the new collar to my transmitter?
There are very simple instructions in the box. Just press the collar button for a few seconds and it pairs to the control unit. I order a collar and after a few hours, it turns off by itself. I had to turn it on again and again. I had it replaced and the 2nd collar had the same issue. Both were returned.
Can i use 2 remotes for 1 collar. Sometimes a remote is misplaced or not handy when needed. I understand they both will work when paired individually?

Why will the remote only connect with the two receivers it came with and not the two additional ones I ordered?
As for your issue, the remote control can connect up to nine receivers, but the remote control and the receiver must be of the same model.
Does the collar product work solo? [dog care dog training collar] do i need to also purchase the “dog training collar receiver” here?
This collar works with a remote( remote don’t sale separately).
How do I defeat the sleep mode? Obviously, if the sleep mode is defeated by motion, it’s not enough motion.
I don’t think mine has a sleep mode. Mine appears to work for hours while my dog is active, or if he is being lazy.

How long does it take to charge the collar?
Usually, you could charge the receiver about 23hours. When the light turns green, Please unplug it in time. Overcharging might cause damage to the receiver.
Does the collar have to be turned on every day? Or does the collar stay on until the battery is fully discharged?
I personally take it off every evening, at that time turn the remote and collar off. Only charge either device when the battery is low
Will the collar work while inside the house and the dog is outside?
It should as long as the collar and remote are within the range.
Can it fit a cane corso?
Yes I believe so! The collar comes super big! I just cut mine down to the size I need and it works great! the best part is that it doesn’t buckle like a belt so it’s not size specific! it locks like a child’s car seat and the strap is sent super long so it can be adjusted to neck size!
