English prompt tone switching:

While Left/right earphone interconnection status, any fast 5 hits the touch key of one of the earphones, after hearing the “di” prompt tone, put the earphone into the charging compartment, wait for the red light constantly bright, and then pick up both of the left and right earphone at the same time. Now it works.

Power on/off Auto power on:
When you open the charging compartment to remove the earbud, the earbud will automatically turn on.

Auto power off:
When the earbud is placed in the charging compartment to charge, the earbud automatically shuts down.
The earphone is paired and does not connect to any device within two minutes, it will automatically shutting down (power off).

Note: The earphone cannot be turned on/off manually by touch key.

Bluetooth pairing

1. Open the charging compartment and take out the earbud to turn it on automatically.

2 .After booting up, put the left earphone and the right earphone together (<3cm). After the pairing is successful, there will be a prompt tone “DONG”. the indicator light: one earphone flashes alternately with red and blue lights, and the other light flashes slowly with blue light.

3. Open the phone’s Bluetooth connection interface, search for “Q65 Pro”, click pair, then the connection is successful and accompanied by a tone.

Note: After the connection is successful, the blue light breathing light is cycled once for 4 seconds.

Music

  • Music pause/play: During playback, short press the multi-touch button.
  • Previous song: Double-click the left ear multi-function touch button.
  • Next song: Double-click the right ear multi-function touch button.

Wake up voice assistant function (requires mobile phone support)

1. In the music play or pause state, click the multi-function touch button 3 times to activate the voice assistant function (SIRI).
2. Touch the button three times again to turn off the voice assistant function (SIRI).

Call

Answer: When calling, short press the multi-function touch button with a prompt tone.
Reject: When calling, press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds, accompanied by a tone.
Hang up: During a call, press the multi-function touch button with a beep.
Answering a third-party call: Double-click the host or additional earbud to answer a third-party call. keep the current call. Double click again to keep the current call and resume the previous one. when you click one time, hang up the current call and resume another call.

Headset restore factory settings

Delete previous pairings from the Bluetooth menu of the smartphone, disable Bluetooth function. Take any single earphone out of the charging compartment. When the red and blue lights of the earphones flash, triple-tap the touch button, then it will power off automatically. Put the earphone back into the charging compartment. Then take the other earphone out of the charging compartment. When the red and blue lights of the earphone flash, triple-tap the touch button, then it will power off automatically. Take the two earphones out of the charging compartment at the same time and put them together, wait for a few seconds, the LEDs from the master earphone will flash red and blue in an alternating flashing and the slave earphone will turn a steady blue, now it is reset successfully and you could turn on the bluetooth function from your smart phone and connect it.

Charging

  1. The charging compartment is charged by the charging line, and after the full charging, the 4 indicator lights of the battery compartment should be on.
  2. The earbud is placed in the charging compartment, automatically charged, and the earbud indicator is off after being fully charged.Note/Important: If you only use one earphone to listen to music or make a call, you must remove both earphones from the charging compartment and put them back into the charging compartment to charge the earphones after listening to music or making a call. If you only put one earphone back to the charging compartment that will cause a single earphone fail to charge!
