FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR PRODUCT OVERHEATING OR BECOMING DAMAGED.
Intended for use by adults only. READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR BABY BOTTLE WATER HEATER.

• WARNING: To avoid danger, if the electrical cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service department or a qualified electrician.

• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

• The surface of the heating element may emit residual heat after use.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• If the water is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.

• CAUTION: do not remove the lid whilst the water is boiling.

• Ensure water does not spill out onto the connector.

• This appliance is designed to be used for domestic and suchlike applications such as:
  – kitchen areas reserved for personnel in stores, offices and other professional environments,
  – farms,
  – use by hotel, motel customers and other accommodation environments,
  – bed and breakfast environments.

• Clean the appliance using a damp cloth only.

• This appliance must not be cleaned and maintained by unsupervised children.

• Do not switch on the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged or after the appliance has malfunctioned or if it has been damaged in any way. Return the appliance to your closest authorised service centre to be inspected, repaired or adjusted.

• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its aftersales service or similarly qualified persons in order to prevent a hazard.

• Electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately from household waste.
  Do not discard electrical and electronic appliances with non-separated municipal waste. Make sure they are disposed of via a separated waste collection.
  This symbol indicates that, throughout the European Union, this product must not be thrown away or mixed with household waste but must be collected separately.

An appliance that makes life easier for parents: make up all your baby bottles to exactly the right temperature in one simple step!
For your safety, we recommend that you always read the instructions in their entirety before using the baby bottle water heater for the first time.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Input: 220 V – 50 Hz.
• Heating power: 800 W.
• Maximum capacity: 1.1L
• Heating time: 36 seconds**

STARTING THE APPLIANCE

Milky Now can be used for warm water for your baby bottles or hot drinks (tea, herbal tea, etc.).
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
– Wipe the product with a damp cloth (except the electric plug).
– Add water to the tank and run the cleaning function before using the appliance for the first time.
Caution: never immerse the electric base in water.
3 FUNCTION

STARTING THE 3 FUNCTIONS

1. Plug in the appliance.
2. Place a baby bottle or container underneath the water outlet.
3. Pour water into the baby bottle water heater (1.1L maximum).
4.  Switch on the appliance: press the ON/OFF button for 1.5 seconds . The appliance and control panel light up.

Low water level
**** When you press the button, no liquid will come out of the water outlet if the water level is too low. If you have selected one of the 3 functions: , , , your appliance will display “E2” or “E3”. Add water to the fill tank and restart the selected cycle. The “E2” or “E3” messages will disappear after a few seconds.

FUNCTION 1 • • CHOOSING THE HEATING TEMPERATURE AND KEEPING THE WATER HOT

1. Press the MODE button MODE once to choose the function.

2. Choose the required temperature by pressing the – /+   buttons. The required temperature must be between 22 °C and 85 °C.
   To set your temperature, press the –  / + buttons. Once you have selected your temperature, you will hear a beep. Once the water reaches the required temperature, there is another beep.

3. Your water is now hot. Press the button to dispense the water:
   – Press once: 60ml of water is dispensed.
   – Press and hold = water dispenses continuously.
   Caution: the water pouring out of the baby bottle water heater may be hot, take care not to scald yourself.

KEEPING WATER HOT FUNCTION
This function starts automatically once the required temperature is reached. It will remain active for 6 hours unless any other button is pressed. After 6 hours, the appliance turns itself off and the water drops down to room temperature.
FUNCTION 2 • • BOILING YOUR WATER TO 100 °C

1. Press the MODE button twice to choose the function.
2. When you have selected the function and the display is flashing, choose the temperature you wish to reach after boiling (between 22 °C and 85 °C) by pressing the-  / + buttons.
   Once you have selected your temperature, you will hear a beep.
   The water continues to heat up until it reaches boiling point, then stops. You will hear a second beep to let you know that the water has reached 100 °C.
   The water will then cool down via the fan until it reaches the pre-set temperature. There will be a final beep to alert you.

FUNCTION 3 • • EASILY CLEANING YOUR BABY BOTTLE WATER HEATER

1. Press the MODE button three times to choose the function. On selecting this function, the water will boil.

2. The water continues to boil for 3 minutes, then stops. You will hear a beep to let you know that the appliance has finished its cycle. Once the water is boiling, you can add a few drops of lemon to the tank to make it easier to clean.
   Once the water reaches 100 °C, press the button to distribute the boiling water and lemon round the various channels in the appliance.

3. The water will then cool down naturally. Note that, the hotter your water, the more time it will take to cool down to the right temperature.

4. Once the temperature has come down, pour the water used to clean your baby bottle water heater down the sink.

5. Use a cotton cloth to wipe away any remaining water.
   TIP.You can also use this function instead of function 2 if you don’t like the noise produced by the fan. NOTE: the water will take longer to cool down naturally.

CARE GUIDE

To ensure your Milky Now baby bottle water heater works effectively, reduce the build-up of scale and ensure the channels are clean inside the appliance, make sure you clean your appliance once a week (depending on how often you use it) and also if you do not use your appliance for two consecutive days.

• To thoroughly clean your appliance, follow the recommendations for function 3 .
• To regularly clean the appliance, use function 3 .

To clean the outside of the Milky Now:
– always unplug the appliance and ensure the tank is cold.
– clean the outer casing with a soft damp cloth. Leave to dry naturally.

FAQ AND TROUBLESHOOTING
