Bluetooth Remote Control Manual

The Bluetooth remote control allows for pairing between the remote control and the host machine. Once paired, the remote control can function with the host. The Bluetooth remote control can realize the matching function between the remote control and the host machine. After the pairing, the function between the remote control and the host is realized.

Remote Control Pairing
To pair the remote control with a set-top box or TV, follow these steps:

Unpaired Remote Control

Power on or press the button, search for NGPM Handset from the host or TV Bluetooth set, then click the searched device and the orange indicator stops flashing and off. If you power on or press the button, the orange indicator starts, and the indicator will flash for 20 seconds, then again.

  1. Power on the remote control or press the button.
  2. On the host or TV Bluetooth settings, search for “NGPM Handset”.
  3. Select the searched device to initiate pairing.
  4. The orange indicator light will stop flashing and turn off, indicating a successful pairing.
  5. If the remote control is powered on or the button is pressed again, the orange indicator light will start flashing for 20 seconds before turning off.

Already Paired Remote Control

If you need to pair the remote control with another set-top box or TV and erase the current pairing information, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the home page and dish buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  2. The orange indicator light will start flashing.
  3. Once the light flashes, it indicates that the pairing information has been successfully erased.
  4. Search for the remote control on the new set-top box or TV’s Bluetooth settings.
  5. Select the remote control to establish a pairing connection.
  6. Once the pairing is successful, the remote control can be used with the new device.

For already paired remote control: need to pair with other set-top box or TV need to erase the remote control pairing information, operation method: press the home page + dish button for 3 seconds, orange lights start flashing, mark pairing erase success, and then in the need to pair set-top box or TV to bluetooth set inside search remote control, and click the search to the remote control to pair connection, can after success can be used.
