This manual will explain how to use the torch light safely and effectively. Please read and follow these instructions and pre-cautions carefully. In the rare event that your torch light contains a damaged or missing item, does not perform as specified,
or requires warranty service, please call Technical Service at 913-310-1050. Save your purchase receipt, it is required for warranty service.
This unit has a removable lithium battery that should be kept at full charge. Recharge when first received, immediately after each use, and every three months if not used. Failure to perform maintenance charges may cause the battery life to be reduced greatly.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS – This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for Model No. LNC312. Read, understand and follow all instructions, cautions and warnings listed in this manual. Failure to follow all instructions could result in personal injury, injury to others and property damage.

  • IMPORTANT! – Charge torch light immediately after purchase, after each use, and at least every 3 months when not in use.

  • DO NOT turn on the torch light while it is being charged.

  • DO NOT handle or move the torch light while it is being charged.

  • DO NOT look directly into the light or shine the light directly into the eyes of any person or animal.

  • DO NOT allow children to use the torch light.

  • DO NOT operate the torch light if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way ; take  it to a qualified service person.

  • DO NOT allow the unit’s battery to stay in a discharged state for long periods of time. This has a detrimental effect on battery life.
    WARNING! Do not use any other charge cable except the one provided to charge the torch light. Use of a charge cable not supplied by the manufacturer may result in a risk of fire, injury to persons and/or damage to property.

  • DO NOT use the torch light with a damaged cord. Replace the cord immediately.

  • To reduce the risk of damage to the charger plug, pull by the plug, rather than the cord, when disconnecting the charger.

  • DO NOT use the provided charge cable to charge or power any other electrical item.

PERSONAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • DO NOT disassemble the torch light; take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire.
  • DO NOT expose to temperatures above 140˚F (60˚C).
  • Recycle or dispose of the used battery as required by local regulations.

Product Usage Instructions

Charging

  1. Ensure the torch light is disconnected from any power source.
  2. Pull the sleeve of the aluminum housing to uncover the micro USB charging port.
  3. Connect the micro USB end of the charging cable to the micro USB port of the torch light.
  4. Connect the USB end of the charging cable to a conventional 5V AC charger’s USB port.

NOTE: CHARGE THE TORCH LIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE, AFTER EACH USE, AND AT LEAST EVERY 3 MONTHS WHEN NOT IN USE. Failure to do this will reduce the battery’s useful life.
Pull aluminum housing sleeve to expose microUSB charge port.
Connect the microUSB end of the charging cable to the microUSB port on the torch light. Connect the USB end of the charging cable to the USB port of a common 5V AC charger.
The Charging Status LED will illuminate red to indicate unit
is charging. To reach full charge, continue charging until the Charge Status LED turns green.
Charging will take approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the unit’s state of charge at the start of the cycle.
The charging process is fully automatic and the light can remain connected to the charger indefinitely without adverse conse-quences.

Operating Instructions

  1. Before turning on the torch light, ensure the lens is directed away from your eyes.
  2. Use the magnetic ON/OFF power button to switch the light on and off.
  3. To adjust the brightness, use the dimmer function if available.
  4. Use the twist action zoom feature to adjust the focus of the light beam.
  5. Do not turn on the torch light while it is being charged.
  6. Direct the lens away from your eyes before turning on the torch light.
  7. Press the POWER button to achieve the operational mode desired:
    • Press POWER to turn on 120 Lumen High brightness beam
    • Press and hold to activate Dimmer feature
    • Press POWER button to turn off
  8. Recharge the torch light after use, and at least every 3 months when not is use.

Maintenance Instructions

  1. After use and before performing maintenance, disconnect the torch light from the charging cord.
  2. Use a dry cloth to wipe any dirt or oil from the charger, cord, and light.
  3. Any servicing should be performed by qualified service personnel.

Storage Instructions

  1. Store the torch light in a cool, dry place.
  2. Avoid exposing the light to extreme temperatures or humidity.
  3. Keep the torch light away from direct sunlight and corrosive substances.
  4. Store inside, in a cool, dry place.
  5. Take care to avoid/prevent damage to the cord and unit. Failure to do so could result in personal injury or property damage.
  6. Charge the torch light’s internal battery immediately after purchase, after use and every 3 months when not in use.
  7. All batteries are affected by temperature. The ideal storage temperature is 70˚F. The internal battery will gradually self-discharge (lose power) over time, especially in warm environments. Leaving the battery in a discharged state may result in shorter than expected battery life.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Clore Automotive warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original end user purchase.
This warranty extends to each person who acquires lawful own-ership within one year of the original retail purchase, but is void if the product has been abused, altered, misused or improperly packaged and damaged when returned for repair.
This warranty applies to the product only and does not apply to any accessory items included with the product, which are subject to wear from usage. Accessories include, but are not limited to, wall chargers, charging cables and hooks. The replacement or repair of these items shall be at the expense of the owner.
THE TERMS OF THE CLORE AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED WAR-RANTY CONSTITUTE THE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. AFTER 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, ALL RISK OF LOSS FROM WHAT-EVER REASON SHALL BE PUT UPON THE PURCHASER.
CLORE AUTOMOTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDEN-TAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUM-STANCES: CLORE AUTOMOTIVE’S LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LIABILITY IS PREDICATED UPON BREACH OF WARRANTY (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY.
Some states do not permit the limitation of warranties or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above disclaimer and limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
