  • Make sure the product is leveled so it can function correctly. In case the washer cabinet contains protective film, you may remove it.
  • The protective film has no impact in the performance of the product.

Load your Washer with clothes

  • Check the labels of the clothes if they can be washed in the washer. Do not wash waterproof fabric in the Washer.

Important performance information

Anti-unbalancing system
Your Washer has a system that identifies the clothes as excessive unbalance. In case the unbalance occurs during the centrifugation, the Washer starts a special routine consisting of a new filling and agitation to try and accommodate the clothes again. This process may occur up to 2X in a row, but if after the third attempt, the washer still identifies as unbalanced, it stops spinning and shuts down the washer.
If this occurs, turn off the washer, open the lid, and redistribute the clothes evenly around the basket.
To spin again, turn on the Washer, and proceed to the spinning stage.

Advanced Stain Removal Cycle
Removes more than 40 types of stains*, from the most frequent to the most difficult.
Bulky Items
Recommended for capacity duvets up to king. Distribute the duvet evenly and always use LEVEL 4 (Maximum). For greater care with your duvet, the spin in this program has a lower spin speed.
Use this program to wash only the duvet. Before washing your clothes, see the indication on the item label allowing washing.
During the end of the filling of this washing program, the washer performs a special agitation together with the water inlet to wet the duvet and improve the care with the article.

External cleaning of the Washer

To avoid damaging and increasing the life of your Washer:

  • Clean the lid weekly, avoiding the accumulation of debris. Never use a glass cleaner to avoid damaging the material used in the Washer;
  • Use mild soap, applied with a soft cloth. Never use alcohol, removers or abrasive substances, especially on the lid, as a chemical reaction may occur, damaging the Washer;
  • After each wash, wipe the softener and soap dispenser with a soft wet cloth.

Important

Do not use water jets when cleaning your Washer, so as not to damage electrical components, which may cause short circuit or fire.

Inlet hose screen-filter cleaning
Dirt from the home’s water network can be deposited in the filter screen of the inlet hose, causing a decrease in the speed and amount of water that enters the Washer, causing it to take time to fill.
To clean the filter screen of the inlet hose, unscrew the tap hose and use a brush to clean the screen.

Important
Keep the filter screen in the same position as it came from the factory. In this position, impurities present in the water are prevented from clogging the filter.
