Product Usage Instructions

Installing The Horn Mount

Mounting Location

Step One: Identify the mounting location, which is on the clutch side of the bike on the engine’s cylinder head. There are two vacant M6 tapped holes that will be used for the horn mount.

Installing the Mount

Step Two: Install the M6 Spacers, Horn Mount Bracket, and M6 x 25mm Countersunk Screws in the order shown.

Step Three: Install the SoundBomb Horn with the hardware provided with that kit. It can be helpful to pre-install the Nut & Bolt prior to Step Two.

Note: On Desert X models with Ducati Crash Bars installed, the crossbar between the engine and front wheel may need to be removed to allow access with a standard-length wrench. Using a stubby, ratcheting wrench on the SoundBomb hardware can avoid removing this crossbar.
