Location
The lighting hours of the solar light depends on the geographical location and
weather condition. For optimum performance, it is best to install the solar
light in full, direct sunlight and let it charge for 10 to 12 hours before the
first time use. Allow the light to run at least 10 days entire charging and
discharging to reach the maximum capacity of the battery.
Precautions
- Avoid placing your garden lights in locations where it is nearby a night light source, such as street lights and security lighting. This may cause the light to flicker, dim, or be turned off.
- The performance of the solar panel is dependent on how much sunlight it can receive. It is advisable to clean the solar panel regularly to ensure it is free of dust and residue. This will increase the optimum operation of the solar garden lights.
- Avoid shady locations that will limit the ability of your solar panel to charge.
- Over long periods of time, this may cause a reduced operating time of the light.
- Ensure the mounting is done properly and securely as loose installation could cause damage to the wall light if it falls.
Troubleshooting
- Always keep the solar light distant from other night light sources, such as exterior lights. Reposition the light to avoid close contact with other night light sources.
- Make sure the solar panel is clean and free of dirt and debris. lf needed to use a damp cloth to clean the solar panel. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaner. lt is important to ensure that no moisture enters the solar light.

Cleaning of solar panel
It is important that the solar panel is kept free of dirt, debris, or even snow as this will not allow the battery to fully recharge and therefore not produce as much light. This could also shorten the life of the battery. Clean regularly whit a dampened cloth or paper towel. Check the battery periodically throughout the year, especially after the winter period, and replace it if you need to.

- This product contains a LIFePO4 18500 – 800mAh 3.2V rechargeable battery. When the battery expires, it must be recycled or disposed of properly.

- Unscrew the four screws at the battery. Replace a new rechargeable battery.
- Screw back the four screws.
- Recycle the used battery or dispose of it properly. Do not puncture, short circuit, or dispose of in fire.
