Sync Box
WIFI: Be on when the sync box is successfully connected to WIFI.
Flash when it fails to connect to WIFI.
AUTO: Light up when you put a tick on “Setting—Sync TV Switch’ in the
Smart Life APP.
LED STRIP: Connect the light strip
LIGHT BAR: Connect the ambient light bar
DC: Connect the power adapter.
MIC: Pick up sounds around.
OUTPUT: Connect your TV or monitor.
HD: Flash when there is HD signal input.(The light between “INPUT” and
“OUTPUT”)
INPUT: Connect Apple TV/Fire TV Stick/PS4 and other signal sources.
RESET: Long press this button for 5s to restore the sync box to factory
default settings.
TV: Connect to your TV with a micro usb cable (the cable is not included
in the package), and the light strip will be turned on/off simultaneously with
your television. But if this port is connected and the “AUTO” light is on, you
can’t control the light strip via the APP when your TV is off.

Safety Precaution
- Do not cut the LED light strip.
- Please clean and dry the back of TV and remove any conductive objects like nails or screws from the installation surface before installing the light strip to avoid short circuit.
- Please avoid bending the LED components during installation because it may affect the service life of the LED light strip.
- Please keep the product away from sharp objects, water, corrosive chemicals, open flames, heat sources, high temperature, humid environment.
- Please place the product beyond the reach of children.
- Please be careful of static electricity during installation and usage.
- Stop using if the power adapter or cord is damaged. Always use the Original power adapter.
- Do not disassemble the product by yourself.
- Do not power on the LED light strip before reeling it out.
Before Installation
- Please clean and dry the back of TV and remove any conductive objects like nails or screws from the installation surface.
- Please reel out the LED light strip and power it on to check whether it works correctly.
Safety Precaution
- Tear off the adhesive tape and stick the light strip clockwise to the back of TV from the bottom left corner. Fix the light strip in corners with clips.
- Connect the light strip to the “LED Strip” Type-C port of the sync box.
- Take the bar- shaped atmosphere lamp base, vertical or horizontal position, with a wrench to lock the screws fixed.
- Connect the ambient light bar to the LIGHT BAR Type- port of the Channel Sync Box.
- Connect Apple TV or other signal sources to the “Input” port of sync box with an HD cable.
- Connect Your TV or monitor to the “output” port of the sync box with the data cable.
- Use the power adapter to tum on the ambient light bar and start connecting it to the Smart Life Apage.
Note: The light strip will light up from end to end the first time it is powered on. The sync box will automatically detect the number of IC chips of the light strip and set the aspect ratio for 16:9 without manual operation.
Pairing Your Device
What You Need
- AWIFI router compatible with 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n (6GHz is not supported).
- A smartphone running IOS 9.0 (or above) or Android 5.0 (or above).
Install the Smart Life App

Download the “Smart Life” App from Apple App Store (IOS devices) and Google Play (Android devices) / Scan the QR code below to download.

Register and log in to the Smart Life App.
Reset The Device
- Long press the “RESET” button for 5s until the light strip flash, and then the sync box has been restored to factory default settings.
Connection Steps

Open “Smart Life” App, and turn on WIFI and BLE on your smartphone.
Tap “+” in the upper right corner and select “Add Device” –> “Auto Scan”. -
Add the device from “Discovering devices”. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish connecting.
APP Control
Ambience
Video Mode
The video mode is for better TV immersive viewing experience. The light strip
will capture the colors displayed on your TV and change its own color
synchronously with the screen.
Wide Film Mode
The wide film mode is specially for better TV immersive viewing experience
when there are black bars around your video. In this mode, the light strip can
reduce the influence of the black bars and accurately capture the colors
displayed. And the light strip will also change its own color synchronously
with the screen.
Brightness adjustment
There are three brightness levels to adjust, low brightness, medium
brightness, high brightness (from left to right), you can adjust the
brightness of the overall backlight according to the brightness of the TV
picture change speed
Music Mode
In the music mode, you can choose the lighting position and brightness.
The light strip will capture every beat of the music or your voice, and change
its color and brightness along with the rhythm.
Color
In the “Color” interface, you can move the small circles to choose your
favorite colors or adjust brightness.
Scene
12 preset light effects are included for different scenes, and you can also
move the small circles to adjust brightness.
Home Management
Create a home group in the APP and your family members will get access to
the device through “Smart Life’ APP on their phones.
Advanced Rules (Scene & Automation)
Let your smart device execute actions automatically according to the rules you
make and even cooperate with other devices based on weather, temperature or
just a scene action.
Voice Control
Please go to the Third-Party Voice Services in the Smart Life APP (Smart Life APP→Me→Third-Party Voice Services) to bind your app account to your Amazon account or Google account. After that, you can control the light strip with your voice.
FAQ.
Fail to turn on/control the light strip
• Check if the power supply is plugged in. • Check if the data cable is connected correctly and the signal sources work normally. • Check if the type-c cable of the light strip is plugged in tightly. • Check if the “TV” port of the sync box is connected with your TV and whether the sync TV switch in the APP is ticked. If so, you can't control the light strip via the APP when your TV is off. • Long press the “RESET” button for 5s until the light strip flash to restore the sync box to factory default settings. And follow the user manual to connect the Smart Life APP again.
Fail to connect with the APP
1. Make sure the light strip is powered on. 2. Check if BLE on your phone is turned on. 3. Make sure your smart phone and the light strip are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network. (5Ghz is not supported) 4. Make sure you have entered a correct Wi-Fi password and the light strip is within the signal coverage of the router. 5. Follow the steps of “Pairing Your Device” in the user manual to connect with the APP again
Colors of the light strip are not in sync with the TV
• Check if the installation direction is the same as the direction showed in the user manual. Please refer to “Installation Steps”. • Check if it is in video mode or wide film mode. Colors in other modes can't not be in sync with TV.
Fail to have screen sync light effects when using TV's built-in app
• The sync box needs HD signal input through a data cable to realize the screen sync function. It doesn’t support built-in app.
