Product Usage Instructions

1. 1.  **Node And Conduit Entry Locations:**

   • Recessed Mount: AWN-1, AWN-2
   • Surface Mount: AWN-1, AWN-2
   • Side View: 16 additional side knockouts
   • Bottom View: 0.875 knockout 9X (for 1/2 fittings)
   • ISO View: Conduit entry locations
2. Athena Nodes Installation:

Athena nodes must be installed on the secondary side of the power supply center. They require 1.0 of clearance to function optimally. Metal conduit must be kept at least 1.0 away from any node. Refer to the diagram above for recommendations on conduit entry into the secondary compartment.

1. Mounting Options:

   • The bracket can be mounted (Top & Bottom) for Vertical Mounts.

   • Mounting options include Recessed Surface, and Rod Suspension (Horizontal & Vertical).

   • Spacing: Surface spacing – 9.5 O.C., Recessed mount – 19 O.C.,
     Rod suspension (Vertical) – 9.5 O.C.

   • Plenum Door Required for horizontal mounting.

   • Note: Rods not included.

2. Connecting and Configuring the DALI-DT8 Decoder:

   • Primary Wiring: GND, HOT, NEU
   • Secondary Wiring: 3-Wire default (VVV+, V+, CCW-)
   • DALI Signal in/out
   • LED groups
   • 24VDC IN
   • NOTE: For customization or pre-programming, contact a local sales rep. DALI commissioning is to be performed by a third party at the time of installation.

3. Manual Configuration:

   • Digital display
   • Set address manually
   • Set output type
   • Locking the configuration
   • Reset to factory defaults
   • DT8 Dimming Feature: Note that the DT8 color type of the dimmer with Lutron Athena Node can be TW only.

Conduit Entry Locations
Athena nodes must be installed on the secondary side of power supply center and require 1.0” of clearance in order to optimally function. Metal conduit must be 1.0” away from any node. Refer to the diagram above for recommendations for conduit entry into secondary compartment.

• This power supply must be installed according to the National Electric Code and local codes and ordinances and in accordance with applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
• Wear rubber shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or fiberglass ladder.
• This power supply is to be installed in a location where it is not likely to be contacted by non-electricians.
• To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all packaging materials.

Must be installed by a licensed electrician
