Outstanding performance and the flexibility to fit any building space requirement Performance Climate Changer® air handling units (AHUs) deliver energy efficiency, superior performance and one of the lowest installed costs in the industry. The PSCA model utilizes a common platform for both indoor and outdoor units. It is highly customizable due to dimensional, casing and component flexibility; offers numerous integrated controls options; and delivers proven performance.
Custom Flexibility
Performance Climate Changer PSCA AHUs are among the most versatile air handler solutions on the market, giving you the flexibility to meet tight mechanical space constraints or critical application needs. Casing options include 3-inch R-19 foam-injected wall panels and premium doors; and variable length sections meet desired performance, configuration and service needs. Component options offer further opportunities for customization. These include door options, direct-drive fan arrays, motorized impellers and many others.
Performance
With robust casing construction, component redundancy and smart controls, the Performance Climate Changer PSCA AHUs provide an efficient solution in the air handler market. Robust casing construction results in low panel deflection. And the casing, including the unit base, has no-thru-metal with mid-span thermal break panel construction. Our industry-low leakage rates meet ASHRAE® 111 Class 6 for leakage — your assurance that energy will not be wasted and conditioned air will be delivered to the intended space

The new Mobile TOPSS program improves efficiency and accuracy in your selection process.

Marine LED lights that can be re-positioned to illuminate the work area. A
removable panel aids in coil pull for repair or replacement, and a motor
removal rail option makes motor replacement effortless.

Redundancy
Direct drive fans can achieve N+1 redundancy at 10 inches of static. Fans are
available with optional backdraft dampers to prevent air from recirculating
through a failed fan.

Trane PSCA AHUs offer the most comprehensive factory-mounted control options
that utilize industry-standard open BACnet protocols. Selecting factory-
mounted controls reduces installation time and expense while ensuring system
consistency and reliability. Symbio® unit controls link the air handler with
