How to Wear

QCY T5 Pro How to Wear

1. Rotate QCY T5 Pro earbud and pop it into your ear then shake head to check wearing stability.
2. Please adjust mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience.
   Three-way- Calling& Switch
   Double touch the bar to answer incoming call. If another call is coming in sync, double touch again to put the first call on hold while activating the second one or keep touching the bar for 2s to ignore the second call. Keep touching the bar for 2s to switch between active call and held call.

QCY-T5 Pro Mono Mode

1. Power off QCY-T5 Pro earbud then keep touching the bar for 5s to enter pairing mode LED blinks red and green
2. On cellphone, search for ” QCY-T5 Pro “
3. Tap to connect ” QCY-T5 Pro “

QCY T5 Pro earbuds charging

• Push QCY T5 Pro earphone into the case to charge. LED will glow solid red
• when charging and turn to green for 1 minute once top up.

• Triple touch right bar to swith on / off  QCY T5 Pro  Gaming Mode

• Power off statue: Keep touching the bar for 1s
• Charging statue : Pick up earbuds from the case

QCY T5 Pro  Power off

• Power-on statue:
• keep touching the bar for 8s only two unpaired earbuds will be powered off together
• Pop earbud into the case to power off

QCY T5 Pro Music pause/play Music:

• If Music playing :
• Double touch the bar to pause, double touch again to resume
• in- ear detection 1 music will pause once talking off either earbud.2 Put on the earbud again 15s and music will resume playing (Put on earbud will not activity launch any player and play music.)

• QCY T5 Pro Earbuds can not control the volume on earbuds,the qcy t5 Pro volume control adjusted by your device,phone or pad or computer.

How to Pair QCY T5 Pro

First Time Pairing Steps:

1. Take out of both QCY T5 Pro earbuds then re-insert them into the Charging case. Once again, Take out of both T5 Pro to activate them.
2. QCY T5 Pro earbuds will auto power on upon picking up from the case and pairing each other automatically.
3. On cellphone or other device, search for ” QCY-T5 Pro ” and tap to connect.
4. If all success,the QCY T5 Pro Pairing is complete! If QCY-T5 Pro earbuds fail to auto power on or pairing, please full charge them and try again.

Switch Paired Device:

Turn off devices 1’s Bluetooth function and QCY T5 Pro earbuds will auto disconnect and enter into pairing mode statue.

On device B, search for ” QCY-T5 Pro ” and tap to connect.
*Multi-point connection is not available. QCY-T5 Pro Earbuds will auto reconnect to device B upon powering up again.

Some Android phones 9.0 have a whitelist system restrictions,and the default startup is SBC encoding.The known solution is to add a bluetooth address to the list after changing the list to ROOT,but ROOT should be cautious because of risks.

In addition to having a micro USB socket and supporting wired charging,it can also be charged wirelessly,making charging more convenient and trouble-free

Note: This product does not include a wireless charging stand.

IF the device has no QI logo,it may be incompatible with wireless charging due to protocol issues.

The prerequisite for the wireless reverse charging of the mobile phone:the mobile phone must enable the wireless reverse charging related setting;remove the mobile phone protective film and the mobile phone case.

When using wireless reverse charging,please aim at the wireless charging position of the mobile phone

Game Mode Almost Synchronized

The latency in game mode is as low as 65ms, both apple and android are compatible,and it can sensitively recognize surrounding sounds

Game mode :about 65ms more than 3 times faster

Regular mode: about 200ms,Slower and mistakes due to high lag

Turning on the game mode will increase power consumption and shorten the use distance. it is recomended to use normal mode in non-gaming environment

Enable the real-time voice function in the game,which affects the clarity of the background sound of the game.This is the defect of the current game software Bluetooth mode setting.

Android phones may have compatibility issues with AAC audio mode,it is recommended to turn off AAC during game mode for better experience.

Automatic : Pop-up matching

1. Keep the app running and turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

2. After the headset is taken out,the phone will automatically pop up to pair with it.

When the headphones is connected,turn on the “Find headset” function of the app, and the headset will emit a beep to make it easier for you to find; click on the map to view the location of the last headset connection.

Game Mode  One of the most impressive features is the Game Mode, tap the right bud three times to enable it. This reduces the delay in the sound while playing games. Even though you’re not gaming, it helps with audio-video synchronization.

Comfortable to Wear & 35 Hours Working Time The QCY T5 Pro are very comfortable and are easy to wear for a few hours at a time and they stay put even if you’re running at the gym. It recharges via micro-USB and charges the headphones three times before you need to charge the case. When fully charged, the headphones last for 4 hours at moderate listening volumes (50-60%), with the 600mAh charging case, they will work for a combined total of 35 hours.

Easy To Control  Control the QCY T5 Pro headphones by tapping and sliding on them. Slide over the entire stems to change the volume and it works solidly in the basics. With two touches, you can can play or pause the music. Tap the right bud for a long second, and you’ll advance to the next track. Tap the left one for a long second to return a song. By tapping the left side three times, you will activate the voice assistant on your smartphone.

Pop-up Pairing  Take out 2 headphones from the charging case, a window will pop up, click to connect, they will be connected automatically. The window displays earphones’ power. Factory Setting (Try the following steps to fix connectivity issue)

QCY T5 Pro Reset

Set QCY T5 Pro to factory:

1. On your phone or other device, search for ” QCY-T5 Pro “, tap and choose ignore or disconnect pairing.

2. Turn off: The Earbuds should turn off first before QCY T5 Pro Reset setting Take out of two QCY-T5 Pro earbuds, keep touching both touch bars for 8s or until LEDs glow red for 2s to power off.

3. Factory Reset : Keep touching both touch bars for 10s or until LEDs blink red and green 3 times then blink red to set earbuds to factory.
   *Please refer “Pair steps” to connect after factory setting Manual Pairing (please refer the following steps in case two
   earbuds lose connection)

4. If all success,QCY-T5 Pro Reset Complete!

QCY T5 Pro Touch Control Not Working

QCY T5 Pro One side not working

Power off  QCY T5 Pro  earbuds then keep touching panels for 5s or until LEDs blink red and green. After then, double touch panels and LEDs will blink red and green. Two  QCY T5 Pro  earbuds will then auto pair with each other when LED on master earbud blinks red and green and the other one turns off.

QCY T5 Pro Trouble Shooting

1. Before using the  QCY T5 Pro  headset, please read the  QCY T5 Pro  manual carefully and keep it for future references.
2. The  QCY T5 Pro  headset need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the  QCY T5 Pro  headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
5. If the  QCY T5 Pro  headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long while, the  QCY T5 Pro  headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode; if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot or reset it.
