QCY T15 Truly Wireless Earbuds
OVERVIEW

HOW TO WEAR
- Put on both earbuds properly.
- Rotate front cavity until its vertical position.
- Rotate hook along pinna to the back of ear.
- Rotate front cavity to fit yourself (Max. 90 degrees).
HOW TO CONNECT
Open lid to power them on. On phone, search QCY Crossky GTR and tap to connect. (Earbuds will auto reconnect to the last device in connectivity records, if any)
One Press to Turn Connectable
- Earbuds have been connected to phone.
- Push earbuds into case, open case and keep pressing button on case for 3s or until LED blinks white quickly. Pick up earbuds again to turn them connectable to phone.
Factory Setting
- Push earbuds into case and keep pressing button on case for 10s or until LED blinks white 5 times to reset them before they auto power on.
LED on Case
- (Open lid or press button on case)
- LED turns on white for 5s: middle or high battery
- LED turns on red for 5s: low battery
- LED will glow solid red when case is charging and turn white once it is topped up.
Instructions
Power-on: keep touching either panel for 1,5s
Power-off: push earbuds back in case
Answer/end call: double touch either panel
Ignore call: keep touching either panel for 1,5s
Skip track backward: keep touching left panel for 1.5s
Skip track forward: keep touching right panel for 1.5s
Voice assistant: triple touch left panel
Playback/pause: double touch either panel
Low-latency mode: triple touch right panel

Free exchange service will not be accessed under following circumstances:
- Damages caused unauthorized disassembly.
- Defects or physical damages caused by leaking or dropping off.
- Damages by act of God. Supposing your item is within any damages or defects except the above circumstances, please return to us or your distributor for free repairing.

Tips
- Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
- The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
- Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
- If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please re-turn them connectable or restore factory settings. If a program error of phone occurs, please turn off and on Bluetooth function or reboot the phone.
Caveats
- Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals,
- Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
Note: please do not use earbuds for a long time as may damage your hearing,
