XPOWER FC-125B Battery Powered Outdoor Misting Fan
Product Information
The Rechargeable Air Circulator / Misting Fan is a versatile product that provides air circulation and misting functionality. It is available in different models: FC-125B, FC-150B, FM-65B, FM-65WB, FT-65WB. The product operates on 115V~ and 60HZ power supply.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the product, it is important to read and save the provided instructions.
- Ensure that the power supply matches the product’s specifications (115V~ and 60HZ).
- For models FC-125B and FM-65B, one manual is included. For model FC-125B, FC-150B, FM-65B, FM-65WB, and FT-65WB, one unit of the product is included.
- To install the misting nozzle (for models FM-65B, FM-65WB, and FT-65WB only), follow the instructions provided on page 4.
- To connect the product to a water source (for models FM-65B, FM-65WB, and FT-65WB only), follow the instructions provided on page 5.
- For model FC-150B, the timer switch can be used to set the working duration. Follow the instructions provided on page 6.
- To charge the battery, use the AC charger provided. Connect it to a power outlet or cigarette lighter receptacle. Follow the instructions provided on page 7.
- For models FC-125B, FM-65B, and FM-65WB, a USB charging port is available. Use the USB plug provided to charge devices. Follow the instructions provided on page 8.
- When transporting the product, lift it using the handle provided on page 9.
- Adjust the operation position as needed to direct the airflow and misting. Follow the instructions provided on page 9.
- Perform regular user maintenance by cleaning the air inlet and outlet. Follow the instructions provided on pages 10 and 11.
- Ensure proper battery maintenance by charging it fully before storage. It is recommended to charge the battery at least once every three months. For detailed battery maintenance instructions, refer to page 11.
- Note that this product uses lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, which are integral and generally not removable by the user. Disposal of batteries should be done according to local, state, or federal laws.
Safety Instructions

The user of electrical products may create hazards that include, but are not
limited to injury, fire, electrical shock. Failure to follow these
instructions may damage and/or impair its operation and void the warranty.
- Before operating, remove all packaging material and check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping or any missing items.
- Check household power supply to ensure it matches the appliance’s specification.
- DO NOT operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return it to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Use only on GFCI protected receptacles. Please contact a qualified electrician for verification and / or installation of a GFCI receptacle if necessary.
- DO NOT run cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. DO NOT route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
- DO NOT touch this appliance or the plug with wet hands or while standing in water.
- DO NOT operate the appliance in any pooled water.
- DO NOT use the product in areas where gasoline, paint or other flammable goods and objects are used or stored.
- DO NOT insert or allow objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may damage the appliance and void the warranty.
- DO NOT cover the air inlet or outlet on the appliance.
- DO NOT direct the air flow at human faces or bodies.
- DO NOT allow children to play with this appliance.
- AUTOMATICALLY OPERATED DEVICE – To reduce the risk of injury, disconnect from power supply before servicing.
- Remove the power cord from the electrical receptacle by grasping and pulling on the power cord plug-end only, DO NOT pull the cord directly.
- DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions of this appliance, as this may cause danger and void the warranty.
- If the appliance is damaged or it malfunctions, DO NOT continue to use it. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet. Refer to troubleshooting guide or contact XPOWER.
- Store in a dry area, away from exposure to sunlight, extreme temperature and humidity, or other extreme environments, when not in use.
- DO NOT disassemble the battery. If the machine or battery malfunctions, refer to the Troubleshooting Guide.
- CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electric shock, connect only to an outlet provided with a ground fault circuit interrupting device.
- A battery operated fan with integral batteries or a separate/detachable battery pack shall be recharged only with the specified charger for the battery. A charger that may be suitable for one type of battery may create a risk of fire when used with another battery.
- Use battery operated fan only with specifically designated battery pack. Use of any other batteries may create a risk of fire.
- Outdoor use.
- DO NOT incinerate this fan, even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire. Dispose of the fan in accordance with Battery Maintenance. (See Page 9: Battery Maintenance).

Installation and Operation Guide
Install the Misting Nozzle (For Model FM-65B / FM-65WB / FT-65WB Only)
- Screw the misting nozzle onto the nozzle adapter for misting function.
Water Source Connection (For Model FM-65B, FM-65WB and FT-65WB Only)
- For Model FM-65B:
- Screw the water faucet adapter onto the water faucet.
- Turn the switch to desired position to open or close the valve.
- Turn on the water faucet.

For Model FM-65WB and FT-65WB:
- The misting fan must connect to a container with water as a source of water.
- You can choose your own container or use XPOWER Water Tank for fast and convenient connection.

Connect to a Bucket
- Put the end of the pumping hose into a bucket.
- Put the unit onto the bucket.
- The bucket must be in an upper diameter less than 11.8 inches.

Connect to WT Series
- Put the end of the pumping hose through a small hole into the WT Series.
- Put the into the slot of the WT Series.

If you want to fill the container with a solution / liquid other than water:
- IMPORTANT: Always disconnect the machine from the power source before filling the solution.
- Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the container. For WT Series, it’s suggested to fill 80% of the maximum capacity.
- WARNING: Filling these types of solution / liquid into the solution tank may cause safety hazards, corrosive damages to the machine or blockage of the atomization assembly:
- Strong acids, strong bases or other corrosive liquids
- Alcohol, or flammable or explosive liquids
- Oil, or other organic oils
- Liquids containing particles or sediments
- Detergents
- IMPORTANT: If you intend to fill the solution of the types mentioned above, please contact the manufacturer of the solution for usage reference and proper methods of cleaning.
Switch Plate
Variable Speed Switch
- Turn to “OFF” position to switch the machine OFF. Turn clockwise to any position between “MAX” and “MIN” to switch the machine ON.
- You can adjust to any desired speed variably. “MAX” is the highest speed and “MIN” is the lowest speed.
Timer Switch (For Model FC-150B Only)
- Turn clockwise to set timer for minutes count down to an automatic stop.
- The timer can be set for up to 180 minutes (3 hours).
- When the timer reaches “0” position, the unit stops working. On “ON” position, it will work constantly.
Water Pump Control Panel (For Model FM-65WB Only)
Water Pump Speed Switch
- Press to switch the speed of the water pump.
- There are 3 water pump speeds from: 1, 2, 3. “1” is the lowest speed and “3” is the highest speed.
Water Pump Timer
- Press to set the timer for an automatic stop of the water pump. The timer controls the water pump only.
- There are three timers from: 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h.
- However, if the timer is not set, the water pump will stop working after 4 hour for model FM-65WB.
- When the water pump stops working, press the button to turn on the water pump or set the timer again.
Battery Indicator Light
This light indicates the life of the battery.
Charging the Battery
- WARNING: DO NOT use unoriginal chargers or power adapters to charge the battery, as this may cause malfunction or permanent damage to the battery or other related safety concerns.
- IMPORTANT: Please charge the battery fully to activate the battery before initial use.
- IMPORTANT: To avoid the battery working on low capacity condition and encountering permanent damage, it’s recommended to charge the battery fully before each usage.
Instructions for FC-125B, FM-65B, FM-65WB, FT-65WB:
- Connect the charger to the power source. The power indicator light on the charger (if applicable) will display green.
- Then connect the charger to the machine. The power indicator on the charger (if applicable) will display red. When the battery is charging, all the bars of the battery indicator light will shine green.
- When the battery is fully charged, the power indicator light on the charger (if applicable) will display green.
- IMPORTANT: Please turn the unit off (in the “OFF” position) before charging.
Instructions for FC-150B:
- Connect the power plug to the power source.
- When the battery is charging, all the bars of the battery indicator light will shine green.
- IMPORTANT: This unit operates normally when the unit is charging.
USB Charging Port (For Model FC-125B / FM-65B / FM-65WB Only)
- This machine provides a USB dedicated charging port (DCP, Type A, 5 V/1 A) only for purpose of charging or powering USB devices.
- WARNING: Please use certified USB devices only on the charging port, otherwise it may cause malfunction or permanent damage to the battery or other related safety concerns.
Transportation
Lift with Handle
- Lift the Air Circulator with the handle on the top.
Adjusting the Operation Position
The Air Circulator features 360° Rotation. Tilt Air Circulator to desired angle and screw on rack handles to secure the position.
User Maintenance Instructions
Frequent maintenance is recommended on this appliance. Failure to follow the maintenance instructions may cause failure of the appliance and void the warranty.
- When not in use, unplug and store the appliance in a dry and cool indoor place. Make sure it’s out of reach of children.
- Before performing any maintenance or cleaning, always disconnect the Air Circulator from its power source.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the housing. Do not clean the unit with water directly.
- Check if the grille covers are clean. Remove dirt or any other objects that could block the air inlet and air outlet.
Fasten the Rack Handles
- To prevent possible injury, when you finish using this appliance, please position the Air Circulator UPRIGHT.
- Fasten the rack handle to lock the position of the Air Circulator.
Organize the Power Cord / Water Hose
- For Model FC-150B:
- Wrap the power cord around the housing.
- Clip the cord to the cord clip on the plug shown above.
- For Model FM-65B/FM-65WB/FT-65WB:
- Wrap the water hose around the housing.
- Use convenient clip on the housing to secure in place.
Battery Maintenance
- When not in use for a long time, please charge the battery until full before storage. It’s recommended to charge the battery at least 1 time for every 3 months.
- This product uses lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries. The battery is integral and generally not removable by user. Local, state, or federal laws may prohibit disposal of batteries in ordinary trash. Please follow below instructions:
Disposal or Recycling through XPOWER (Recommended):
By being serviced only through XPOWER or an XPOWER authorized party, the
battery will be recycled or disposal in a proper and responsible manner.
If you want to dispose or recycle the battery by yourself (Not Recommended),
please:
- Before disposal or recycle of the battery, you should discharge and disconnect the battery in a proper and safe way. Consult XPOWER or an XPOWER authorized party for discharge or disconnection methods of the battery.
- Consult your local waste authority for information regarding available recycling and/or disposal options.
- Afterwards, during disposal or recycle:
- Always consult and obey all international, federal, provincial/state, and local hazardous waste disposal laws. Some jurisdictions require recycling of this spent product. Battery recycling is encouraged.
- Refer to the Safety Data Sheet of the battery (if applicable).
- To prevent short circuits and the associated heating up, battery packs may never be stored or transported unprotected in loose bulk.
Warning:
- DO NOT attempt to destroy, remove or disassemble the battery pack from the machine.
- Keep away from children. Failure to comply with these warnings could result in fire and/or serious injury.
- DO NOT incinerate battery cells.
Atomization Assembly Maintenance (For Model FM-65B/FM-65WB/FT-65WB Only)
Cleaning the Container
- It’s recommend to clean the container after each usage.
- Remove all the liquid within the container and wash with cold water.
Cleaning the Atomization Assembly
When not in use, unscrew the misting nozzles, store the nozzles in a dry
indoor place out of reach of children. The nozzles must be dried completely
before stored.

Disassemble the nozzles (See illustration above) and unscrew the water faucet adapter.

For model FM-68W, FM-68W, FT-68W or FT-88W, disassemble the pumping hose.

Soak the parts with soapy water or mild (or alkaline) detergent for several hours.
DO NOT use vinegar or other acidic detergent. -
Optionally, use the nozzle cleaner to clean the nozzle hole from the inner surface.

When finished, dry the surfaces completely and reassemble the parts.
Troubleshooting Guide
