myQ Community App
Product Information
The myQ Community app offers a smarter and more secure way for residents to
manage property access. It allows residents to unlockauthorized entrances,
elevators, gates, parking garages, and package rooms from their smartphones.
The app also provides the
ability to share virtual guest passes with visitors and verify guest
identities through video calling. With features like eventlogs with video,
voice control compatibility, elevator control, garage door opening, delivery
pass management, and upcoming Apple Watch compatibility, myQ Community offers
residents control, convenience, and enhanced security.
Product Usage Instructions
- To unlock any authorized entrance, elevator, gate, parking garage, or package room, residents need to open the myQ Community app on their smartphone and press the “Press to Unlock” button.
- Residents can send virtual guest passes to visitors through the myQ Community app. This allows visitors to enter the premises.
- To visually verify guest identities, residents can use thevideo calling feature on the myQ Community app before granting access to the building.
- The myQ Community app provides event logs with video playback for increased visibility and security.
- Residents can use voice control with Siri on an iPhone, AirPods, or CarPlay to access doors, elevators, and parking garageshands-free.
- Elevator control feature offers residents secure and credentialed access to the elevator and any floor for addedsecurity.
- Residents can open the parking garage door using the myQ ommunity app on their smartphones. For single-family home garage doors powered by myQ, the app can be linked to operate them as well.
- For package deliveries, residents can let the delivery person in the door even when they are away from home. The delivery passautomatically expires shortly after the first use for extra security.
- Apple Watch compatibility is coming soon, allowing residents to manage access and receive notifications from their wrist.

Need to let a guest in regularly or expecting a delivery? Residents can send a Virtual Guest pass through the myQ Community app to allow visitors to enter.

With the push of a button, residents can unlock any authorized entrance/elevator / gate / parking garage / package room from anywhere with their smartphone.
Video Calling
Visually verify guest identities from the myQ Comminity app before providing access to the building.
