PROBLEM 1: The product automatically turns off in one second when the spray button G1 is turned on.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Inadequate amount of water.
SOLUTION: Please add water to the water tank or drain if it exceeds the MAX level.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: The power adapter is not connected to the device.
SOLUTION: Make sure the power adapter is connected to the product. To check whether the connection is successful, please remove the plug from the product and reconnect it
PROBLEM 2: No spray or abnormal spray
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Inadequate amount of water.
SOLUTION: Please add water to the water tank if there is not enough. If the water level inside the water tank is higher than the maximum water level mark, the mist will be sprayed irregularly, abnormally. Drain the water so that it is below the “MAX” level.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: The atomizer ceramic plate (A) is dirty.
SOLUTION: Please clean the water tank (E) and the ceramic atomizer plate (A).
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Lower air inlet holes (K) are dusty.
SOLUTION: If the air inlet holes (K) are dusty, the volume of air drawn in will be reduced significantly and the air momentum will not be enough to spray the mist. Clean the air intake.

PROBLEM 3: Leakage
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Top cover (B) is not closed properly.
SOLUTION: Close both covers securely.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Room temperature is too low or humidity is too high.
SOLUTION: If the temperature or humidity of the working environment is too low or too high, mist and water drops will accumulate on the surface of the device. Turn off the device.
