Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part
of this product. They contain important information about safety, usage and
disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all
operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for
the range of applications specified. Please also pass these operating
instructions on to any future owner.
Intended use
This appliance is intended exclusively for mixing and kneading dough, stirring liquids (e.g. fruit juices) and whipping cream. It is only suitable for processing foodstuffs. This appliance is intended solely for use in private households. Do not use it for commercial purposes.

CO time
The CO time (continuous operation time) is the amount of time an appliance can
be operated without the motor overheating and becoming damaged. After the
appliance has been operated for this duration of time, switch it off until the
motor has cooled down.
Safety information
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
- Keep power cable away from hot parts of the appliance and other heat sources. Do not run power cable over sharp edges or corners.
- Do not kink or crush the power cable.
- To avoid potential risks, if the appliance power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service or by a qualified technician.
- Always hold the plug when disconnecting the appliance from the power supply, do not pull on the power cable. Otherwise the power cable could be damaged!
Never immerse the hand element in water or any other liquid! There is a risk of fatal electric shock if residual liquids come into contact with live components during operation.

This appliance may be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or know ledge if they are supervised and have been instructed in how to use the appliance safely and have understood the potential risks.
- This appliance may not be used by children.
- Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
- The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from children.
WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
- The appliance should always be disconnected from the mains when unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
- Never touch the whisks or kneading hooks when the appliance is in use. Do not dangle long hair, scarves or the like over the mixing attachments.
- Never attempt to fit attachments with differing functions at the same time.
- Unplug the appliance after every use and before cleaning to prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
- Always unplug the appliance before changing the accessories to prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
- Switch appliance off and disconnect from the power supply before changing accessories or additional parts that move during operation.
- Do not touch moving parts of the appliance, always wait for them to come to a complete stop. Risk of injury!
- Always check the appliance and all parts for signs of visible damage before use. The safety concept can work only if the appliance is in a faultless condition.
- Never use the appliance if parts are damaged, defective or missing. Doing so will increase the risk of accidents.
- The appliance must always be supervised during use. If you need to leave the workplace, remove the plug from the mains power socket.
- Never use the appliance for purposes other than those described in these instructions. Otherwise there is a risk of serious injury!
- Clean all surfaces thoroughly, especially those which come into contact with food. See also the “Cleaning” section.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
- Do not use the appliance outdoors. The appliance is intended exclusively for domestic use indoors.
- Have all repairs carried out by trained personnel. If required, contact our service partner responsible for your country.
NOTE
- No user action is required to switch the product between 50 and 60 Hz. The product adapts automatically to either 50 or 60 Hz.
Unpacking
- Remove all components from the packaging.
- Remove all packaging materials and transport restraints.
- Check that all of the items listed are present and undamaged.
- Clean all parts as described in the section “Cleaning”.

Operation
Kneading and stirring
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
- Never use containers made from glass or other easily breakable materials. These containers may be damaged and cause injuries.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
- Do not operate the mixer continuously for longer than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take a break in order to allow the appliance to cool down.
- Never knead dough containing more than 500 g of flour with this appliance! Larger quantities of flour can result in overloading the appliance!
If necessary, divide dough with higher flour quantities into several portions and knead them one after the other. However, do not exceed the specified CO time of 10 minutes.
PROCESSING QUANTITIES
Yeast dough:

for small quantities, choose a narrower mixing bowl so that the kneading hooks 8 are at least 1 cm into the mix.
Cake mixture:
- Max. dough quantity (sum of all ingredients): 600 g

For small quantities, choose a narrower mixing bowl so that the whisks 7 are at least 1 cm into the mix.
- Choose the appropriate attachment:
- Whisk 7: For whipping cream and mixing light dough/batter.
- Kneading hook 8: For kneading thicker dough.
- Push the whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8 into the slots 6 until they click audibly into place and sit firmly.”

Always insert the kneading hook 8 or the whisk 7 without the ring into the intended slot on the appliance (labelled with an icon).

- Insert the mains plug 4 into a mains power socket.
- To start operating the appliance, move the speed switch 2 to the desired speed setting. You can select between 5 speed settings and also use the Turbo button 3 (see section “Speed levels”).
- Press the tool-release button 1 to release the whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8.
NOTE
- For safety reasons, the whisks 7 and kneading hooks 8 can only be released if the speed switch 2 is set to the position “ 0 “.
Cleaning
DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!

Always remove the plug 4 from the power socket before cleaning the appliance! There is a risk of electric shock!
Never submerge the hand element 5 in water or other liquids! -
Clean the hand element 5 containing the motor only with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with a mild detergent.

The whisks 7 and the kneading hooks 8 can be cleaned under running water or in warm water with detergent. Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning.
We recommend cleaning the attachments directly after use. This removes food residue and reduces the risk of bacterial contamination.
NOTE
The whisks 7 and the kneading hooks 8 can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Storage
- Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free and dry location.
Disposal
Applies only to France:
The product, its packaging and the operating instructions are recyclable. They are subject to an extended manufacturer responsibility and will be collected separately.
Disposal of the appliance
The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out dustbin means that this appliance is
subject to Directive 2012/19/EU. This directive states that this appliance may
not be disposed of in the normal household waste at the end of its useful
life, but must be taken to specially set-up collection locations, recycling
depots or disposal companies. The disposal is free of charge for the
user. Protect the environment and dispose of this appliance properly.
If your old appliance has stored any personal data, you are responsible for
deleting it yourself before returning it.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how
to dispose of the worn-out product.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental
friendliness and ease of disposal and are therefore recyclable. Dispose of
packaging materials that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable
local regulations.
Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. Note the
labelling on the packaging and separate the packaging material components for
disposal, if necessary. The packaging material is labelled with abbreviations
(a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1–7: plastics, 20–22: paper
and cardboard, 80–98: composites.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt
in a safe place. This will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date
of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for
you or refund the purchase price (at our discretion). This warranty service
requires that you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase
(receipt) within the three-year warranty period, along with a brief written
description of the fault and of when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired
or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects
present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking.
Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a
fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality
guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does
not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile
parts which could be considered as consumable parts such as switches,
batteries or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following
instructions:
- Please have the till receipt and the item number (IAN) 442593_2210 available as proof of purchase.
- You will find the item number on the type plate on the product, an engraving on the product, on the front page of the operating instructions (below left) or on the sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
- If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
- You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

Recipes
NOTE
These recipes are provided without guarantee. All information regarding
ingredients and preparation is provided as guide values. Modify the suggested
recipes to your personal taste.
Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 300 – 400 ml neutral vegetable oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 – 10 g mild vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pour the egg yolk and vinegar or lemon juice into a tall and narrow mixing bowl. Hold the whisks 7 vertically in the bowl and set the appliance to the highest setting.
- Pour in the oil slowly (within approx. 1 minute) in a uniformly thin stream so that the oil combines with the other ingredients.
- Season the mayonnaise to taste with salt and pepper.
Braided yeast bun
Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- ½ cube yeast, fresh or
- 1 sachet of dried yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 50 g sugar
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 65 g soft butter
- 1 egg yolk
- a little coarse sugar
- Mix the flour with the salt and sugar in a bowl. Put the butter on top and knead everything using the kneading hooks 8.
- Crumble the yeast (or sprinkle the dry yeast) over it and add the lukewarm milk. Knead the dough vigorously with the kneading hooks 8.
- Cover the dough and allow it to rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
- After rising, knead the dough again vigorously with your hands and divide it into 3 equal pieces.
- Form a braid from the 3 strands. Place the braid on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush the braid with the egg yolk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake the braided bun on the middle shelf at 160°C for approx. 30 minutes.
Simple sponge cake
Ingredients
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. milk
- butter for greasing the tin
- if necessary, a little icing sugar
- Put the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl and mix everything with the whisks 7.
- Mix the baking powder with the flour and add to the bowl. Continue mixing the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
- Fill the dough into a greased cake tin.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160°C convection oven for about 40 minutes.
- After baking, let it cool for 5 minutes before turning it out.
- Sprinkle the cake with a little icing sugar.
Pizza dough
Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 20 g yeast, fresh
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 7 g salt
The dough is sufficient for 2 round pizzas or a baking tray.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for about 5 minutes using the kneading hooks 8. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour.
- Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions, each formed into balls.
- Roll out the dough into round pizza bases and top as desired.
Bake the pizza for approx. 15–20 minutes at 220°C/hot air.
Meringues
Ingredients
- 200 g sugar
- 3 egg whites
- Beat the egg whites with the whisks 7 and gradually add the sugar until the beaten egg whites are stiff.
- Preheat the oven to 120°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it onto the baking paper in the desired shape.
Depending on the size and shape of the piped forms, let them dry in the oven for about 80 – 100 minutes.
