Product Usage Instructions

Copy EDID: Output 8 is the priority port. When output 8 is connected to one display, another display which is connected to other outputs will follow the resolution of output 8.

Auto: Default resolution is 4K@60Hz.

Mixed EDID: Always follow the lowest resolution of the displays connected to 4 outputs in order to support all displays.

Note:

  1. The HDCP Version is prior to EDID. When the source is HDCP 2.2,  if the TV supports HDCP 2.2, it will output 4K@60Hz. If the TV doesn’t support HDCP 2.2, it will output 1080P.
  2. Supports HDR under Copy EDID and Mixed EDID modes.

Clean this unit with a soft, dry cloth. Never use alcohol, paint thinner, or benzine to clean.

Warranty Information

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, our company (referred to as the warrantor) will, for the length of the period indicated below, provide Parts and Labor (5) Years warranty, which starts from the date of original purchase (Limited Warranty period). The warrantor will either repair your product with new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product, at their option. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor.

During the Labor limited warranty period, there will be no charge for labor. During the Parts warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. You must mail-in your product during the warranty period. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers products purchased as new. A purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase date is required for Limited Warranty service.

When shipping the unit, carefully pack and send it prepaid, adequately insured, and preferably in the original carton. Include a letter detailing the complaint and provide a daytime phone and/or email address where you can be reached.

EDID Function

Copy EDID:
Output 8 ispriority port. When output 8 is connected toone display, another display which connected to other outputs will follow the Resolution of output 8.
