Product Information
The HBTD54 is a Bluetooth dimming controller designed for the DALI track system. It features a 3-phase dial, DALI broadcast output, and an integrated power supply unit (PSU). This controller can be easily inserted into the track to provide on/off control, dimming control, color tuning, and scene recall. It is suitable for both new builds and retrofit projects to add intelligent control to standard lighting fixtures. The HBTD54 is practical and aesthetically pleasing with its wireless design, eliminating the need for additional wiring. The device setup and commissioning can be done through a smartphone app.
The hardware features of the HBTD54 include DALI bus power supply (80mA guaranteed, 100mA max, 15VDC rated), user-friendly installation design, short- circuit protection, open circuit protection, and a 5-year warranty. It can also be used with Hytronik Bluetooth sensors (such as HBIR29, HCD038/BT + sensor head) to achieve certain scenes that require external photocell.
The HBTD54 supports the 5.0 SIG mesh protocol and is compatible with iOS and Android platforms. It fully supports the EnOcean self-powered switch module PTM215B (HBES01/W & HBES01/B). Theproduct can be controlled through a smartphone app available for both iOS and Android. Additionally, there is a dedicated app called “Koolmesh Pro” for iPad users. A web app/platform called www.iot.koolmesh.com is also available for control.

Product Usage Instructions
- Insert the HBTD54 Bluetooth dimming controller into the DALI track system.
- Download and install the smartphone app “HBTD54” from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up and configure the HBTD54 controller.
- Once the setup is complete, you can use the app to control the on/off function, adjust the dimming level, and change the color settings of the connected track lights.
- To achieve scene recall, create and save different lighting scenes within the app. You can then easily switch between scenes with a tap.
- If desired, you can integrate external photocells by using Hytronik Bluetooth sensors (e.g., HBIR29, HCD038/BT + sensor head) to achieve certain scenes that require light sensing.
- The HBTD54 also supports the EnOcean self-powered switch module PTM215B (HBES01/W & HBES01/B), allowing you to control the track lights using compatible EnOcean switches.
