Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure you have 6 – Candelabra Base Bulbs available for installation.
- Select LED Bulbs for extended use.
- Insert the recommended bulb (bulb not included) into the fixture.
- Raise the canopy onto the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the outlet box using the provided ball nuts.
- Ensure the leaf assembly is properly attached.

How to install
- Insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Raise the canopy onto the outlet box, and secure it with the ball nuts.
