Product Information
The product is a ceiling light fixture with model number 510-GA. It comes with mounting hardware, a glass diffuser, and a leaves frame. The fixture is designed to use three candelabra base bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts. It is damp rated and can be used with LED bulbs for extended use.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the ceiling pan onto the outlet box and secure it by ball nuts.
- Insert three candelabra base bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts (bulbs not included).
- Put the glass diffuser onto the bottom of the leaves frame and secure it with clips.
- Raise the leaves to frame up to the ceiling and align the stud with the keyhole onto the canopy and twist lock it in a counter-clockwise direction (see illustration)
How to replace the bulb
To replace the bulb, take the leaf frame off by twisting it in a clockwise
direction. Replace the old bulb with a new one and follow the installation
instructions to put the leaves frame back on.
Note : Before installation, ensure that the outlet box is properly
installed and can support the weight of the fixture. If in doubt, consult a
qualified electrician.
WARNING
All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in
accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local
electrical codes.
You will need 3 -Candelabra Base Bulb 40 Watts Recommended 60 Watts Max.

How to install
- Attach the ceiling pan to the outlet box and secure it by ball nuts.
- Insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Put the glass diffuser onto the bottom of the leaves frame and secure it with clips.
- Raise the leaf frame up to the ceiling and align the stud with the keyhole onto the canopy and twist lock it in a counter-clockwise direction (see illustration).

How to replace the bulb
Take the leaf frame off by twisting it in a clockwise direction.
