Product Information
This is a model #584-EB-GA light fixture that requires 4 candelabra base bulbs with a maximum recommended wattage of 40W and a maximum wattage of 60W. The fixture is damp rated and can be used with LED bulbs for extended use. The package includes various parts including a mounting hardware, canopy, collar ring, collar loop, quick link, hanging chain, fixture loop, swivel, center stem, candle sleeves, and ball finial.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach one end of the center stem onto the wiring house and the other end onto the swivel.
- Place the candle sleeve onto the socket and insert the recommended bulb (not included).
- Adjust the flat metal rings to the preferred angle.
Note : Use LED bulbs for extended use and do not exceed the maximum wattage of 60W. Follow the assembly instructions carefully using the included parts.
All electrical components must he installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

HOW TO INSTALL
