Q-TRAN QTM-eLED+TW-AN LED Power Supply
Product Information
The QTM-eLED+TW-AN is a compliant low-voltage lighting system with LED power supply and Lutron Athena Node. The product has a Class 3425-15 and 3425-95 rating and is subject to specification change. It comes with a driver with tunable white module and has CSA requirements.
Node And Conduit Entry Locations
The LED power supply can be installed in two ways – recessed mount (AN-1) or surface mount (AN-2). It has 16 additional side knockouts and a 0.875 knockout for 9x (for 1/2 fittings). The Athena nodes must be installed on the secondary side of the power supply center and require 1.0 of clearance to optimally function. Metal conduit must be 1.0 away from any node.
Mounting Options
The LED power supply can be mounted in various ways, such as recessed surface, rod suspension (horizontal or vertical), and surface stacking. The spacing varies for each mounting option, and the product has a plenum door requirement for horizontal mounting. The bracket can also be mounted (top & bottom) for vertical mounts.
Product Usage Instructions
- Choose the desired mounting option for the LED power supply.
- Install the Athena nodes on the secondary side of the power supply center with a clearance of 1.0 for optimal functioning.
- Ensure that metal conduit is kept 1.0 away from any node.
- Refer to the diagram above for recommendations for conduit entry into the secondary compartment.
- Mount the LED power supply using the chosen mounting option and ensure that the spacing is appropriate.
- For horizontal mounting, ensure that a plenum door is used.
- Connect the driver with tunable white module to the LED power supply using the provided wiring diagram.
- Make sure that all connections are secure and follow CSA requirements.
- Refer to the product manual for any troubleshooting or maintenance instructions.
INSTALLATION
- Must be installed by licensed electrician
- Wear rubber shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or fiberglass ladder.
- This power supply must be installed according to the National Electric
- Code and local codes and ordinances.
- This power supply is to be installed and serviced only by an licensed electricians.
- This power supply is to be installed so that it is not likely to be contacted by people.
- To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all packaging materials.
- Do not install in wet locations.
WARNING: Risk of Fire / Electric Shock Transformer should be installed by a Licensed electrician in accordance with the N.E.C. and all local codes in force.

- Suitable for indoor use
- This power supply must be installed according to the National Electric Code and local codes and ordinances and in accordance with applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
- Wear rubber shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or fiberglass ladder.
- This power supply is to be installed in a location where it is not likely to be contacted by non-electricians.
- To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all packaging materials.
