Product Information
The CrystOfama Lighting Model #9230-EB is a damp-rated lighting fixture that has been lighting the way for sixty years. The fixture requires a medium base bulb of 60 watts (recommended) or 100 watts max, and LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes. The product comes with a mounting plate, canopy, ball nut, frame, and socket ring. The fixture is designed to be installed onto a ceiling junction box and is suitable for use in damp locations. Please note that the product contains lead, which can cause cancer and/or birth defects or reproductive harm.
Product Usage Instructions
- Turn off the power to the electrical circuit before installation.
- Place the fixture frame on a soft cloth-covered table before installation.
- Install the mounting plate onto the outlet box using the two outlet box screws.
- Place the canopy onto the junction box, align Mounting Screw on the Mounting Plate with the mounting holes on the Canopy, and lock it securely with Ball Nut.
- Place the frame over the socket and secure it with the socket ring.
- Install the bulb into the socket.
It is important to note that all electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes. Also, LED bulbs are recommended for extended use.

USE LED BULBS FOR EXTENDED USE THIS FIXTURE IS DAMP RATED
Please place the fixture frame on a soft cloth-covered table before the installation.
- Install the Mounting Plate onto the outlet box using the two outlet box screws.
- Place the Canopy (B) onto the junction box, aligningMounting Screw on the Mounting Plate with mounting holes on the Canopy (B) and lock it securely with all Nut (C).
- Place the Frame (D) over the Socket and secure it with socket ring(E)
- Install the Bulb into the Socket.
