CRYSTORAMA 2264-PN-LED LED Bathroom Vanity

Product Information

The Crystorama 2264-PN-LED is a damp-rated lighting fixture that has been lighting the way for sixty years. It includes a mounting plate, backplate, glass shade, metal frame, and all necessary mounting hardware. The fixture requires a 26-watt LED module bulb which is included in the package. It can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

This product can expose you to Lead which is known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or reproductive harm.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Turn off the power before starting the installation process.
2. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box. Mark two points on the wall at the center of keyhole on the mounting plate.
3. Drill two holes at the marked points and insert the wall anchors.
4. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box and secure it with outlet box screws. Insert and tighten the anchor screws into the wall anchors until snug.
5. Install backplate onto the mounting plate, and secure with the mounting screws.
6. Place the glass shade inside the metal frame and secure it with the clips.
7. Install metal frame onto the backplate, and secure with the side screws.

To replace the LED module, follow these steps:

1. Remove the metal frame and screws to access the previous LED module.
2. Replace previous LED module with a new one.
3. Reattach the metal frame and screws.

WARNING

All electrical components must be
installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate
local electrical codes.
You will need 1 LED Module, 26 Watts Bulb included.
This fixture is Damp rated

How to install

1. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box.
