Product Information
This product is a light fixture that requires assembly before use. It is designed to be mounted onto an outlet box and can accommodate an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage as specified on the caution label near the lamp holder. The product is made in China and comes with a mounting bracket, wire nuts, screws, and a green grounding screw for installation. The light bulb is not included in the package.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before assembling the product, ensure that the maximum wattage specified on the caution label near the lamp holder is not exceeded.
- Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle, as this may cause electric shock.
- Use only a soft cloth to clean the product, and avoid using chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- To assemble the product, attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A), connecting the white wire with white-neutral and black wire with black-live. Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with the green grounding screw (B). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E).
- Install the bulb F (not included) according to its specifications. The product can accommodate an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage as specified on the caution label near the lamp holder. You can use either a 40W X 1 bulb or an E26 CFL 13W X 1 bulb.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL –BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(B). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E). 4. Install the bulb F (not included).
