Product Information
- The product is a lamp with a mounting bracket and a lamp shade.
- The lamp requires a maximum wattage as mentioned on the caution label near the lamp holder. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- It is important to not replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is into a wall receptacle.
- Use only a soft cloth for cleaning purposes and avoid using any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- The product is made in China.
- The lamp requires an E12 Type B bulb with a maximum wattage of 40W X 3 or E12 CFL with a maximum wattage of 13W X 3. The bulbs are not included in the package.
Product Usage Instructions

Attach the mounting bracket(F) to the outlet box using two mounting screws(G).
- Connect WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- Connect BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE Remove the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Connect the wires using wire nuts(D):
Attach the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(E). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.

Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket(F) with screws provided(H).

Attach the lamp shade(B) to the lamp holder(A) and secure it with socket ring(C).

Install the bulb(I) as per the required type and wattage mentioned in the product information section. The bulbs are not included in the package.

CAUTION
- Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage
- do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING
- Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Attach the mounting bracket(F)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(G).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (D):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(E). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (F) with screws provided (H).
- Attached the lamp shade(B) to the lamp holder(A), then secure it with socket ring( C ).
- Install the bulb (I) (not included).
