Product Information
- This is a lamp fixture that requires assembly before use.
- The maximum wattage that can be used with this lamp is provided on a caution label located near the lamp holder.
- It is important not to exceed the maximum wattage specified on the caution label.
- Replacing the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle is dangerous and should not be attempted.
- Only use a soft cloth for cleaning the lamp and do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- The lamp requires an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W or an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W. Bulbs are not included with the lamp.
- The product is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Connect the wires using wire nuts (B)
- Connect the WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL.
- Connect the BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE.
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket using the green grounding screw (A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) using the screws provided (E).
- Attach the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder and then secure it with socket ring(G). Note that the socket ring comes pre-assembled and is located on the socket.
- Install the bulb (H) into the lamp holder. Make sure to use either an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W or an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W. Bulbs are not included with the lamp.
CAUTION: Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING: Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
- Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E).
- Attached the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it with socket ring(G).

- Install the bulb H (not included).
