Product Information
This is a portable lamp that requires assembly. The lamp holder is labeled as
A and it requires a bulb labeled as B. The maximum wattage of the bulb should
not exceed the limit stated on the caution label located near the lamp holder.
The lamp has a
polarized plug that fits into a polarized outlet only one way for safety
purposes. The lamp uses E26 Type A bulbs, including 40W X 1 (not included) and
E26 CFL 13W X 1 (not included).
Product Usage Instructions
- Place all parts of the lamp on a flat, smooth surface.
- Install Bulb B (not included) to lamp holder A.
- CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Check the polarized plug of the lamp before plugging it into a wall outlet.
- If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
- If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
- Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.
- Do not alter the plug.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all parts on a flat smooth surface.
- Install Bulb “B” （Not included） to lamp holder “A”.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit it, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully
