Product Information
The product is a lamp that comes with a mounting bracket, canopy, lamp shade, socket ring, and wire nuts. The lamp is designed to be used with an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W or an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W. The product is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before assembly, refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
- Use only a soft cloth to clean the lamp. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- Connect the WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL.
- Connect the BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE.
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with a green grounding screw (A).
- Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with the screws provided (E).
- Attach the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it with a socket ring (G). Note: The socket ring comes pre-assembled and is located on the socket.
- Install the bulb H (not included).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).

Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached is the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with green grounding screw(A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.

Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with the screws provided (E).

Attached the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it with a socket ring(G).
Important Note: The socket ring comes pre-assembled and is located on the socket. -
Install the bulb H (not included).
