Product Information
This product is a lamp assembly that requires installation and wiring. It comes with a mounting bracket, wire nuts, screws, a lamp shade, and a socket ring. The lamp holder is designed to fit E26 Type A bulbs with a maximum wattage of 60W or E26 CFL bulbs with a maximum wattage of 13W. It is important to refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage and not to exceed it. The lamp should be cleaned with a soft cloth and no chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E).
- Attach the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it with socket ring(G). Note: Socket ring comes pre-assembled and is located on the socket.
- Install the bulb H (not included). Ensure that the bulb type is either E26 Type A with a maximum wattage of 60W or E26 CFL with a maximum wattage of 13W.
It is important to note that the lamp should not be plugged into a wall receptacle while attempting to replace the bulb(s).
CAUTION: Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.

- Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
