Product Information
This product is a lamp that requires assembly. It is important to note that the lamp has a maximum wattage, which is indicated on a caution label located near the lamp holder. The lamp should not exceed this maximum wattage to avoid any potential hazards. The lamp requires an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W or an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W. The lamp is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using the two mounting screws (E).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box and make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- Connect the WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL.
- Connect the BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE.
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with the green grounding screw (D).
Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.

Secure the canopy (F) to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (G).

Attach the lamp shade to the lamp holder (A) and secure it with
the socket ring. -
Install the bulb (not included) according to the lamp’s maximum wattage:
- Use an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W.
- Use an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W.

Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.

When cleaning the lamp, use only a soft cloth. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Following these instructions will ensure safe and proper usage of the lamp.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(E).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
- HITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached is the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with green grounding screw(D). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy (F) to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (G).
- Attached the lampshade to the lamp holder(A), then secure it with a socket ring.
- Install the bulb (not included).
