Product Information

The Black 12U Server Rack is a sturdy and durable rack designed to hold servers and other equipment. It has a weight capacity of 1200lbs (544kg) and comes with all necessary hardware for assembly, including 2 Bottom Supports, 2 Vertical Support Right, 2 Vertical Support Left, 8 Adjustment Supports, 4 Adjustment Crossbar, 4 Caster, 2 Upper Support, 4 Foot, and 4 Hook. The package also includes screws, nuts, plastic spacers, and a wrench for accessories. The rack is designed to be assembled in five steps and comes with a warning to not exceed the weight capacity.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Slide the Adjustment Supports (D) onto the Adjustment Crossbars (E) and align the Setting Numbers on the Adjustment Crossbar with the inner rectangular cutouts on Adjustment Supports (D). Assemble using M6x12mm Screws (S-B), Plastic Spacers (S-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Assemble Bottom Supports (A) and Adjustment Crossbars (E) with Adjustment Supports (D) to Vertical Supports Left (C) using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A). Connect the two assemblies with Vertical Supports Right (B) as shown using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A).
3. Secure Adjustment Crossbars (E) with Adjustment Supports (D) and Upper Supports (G) to Vertical Supports Right (B) and Vertical Supports Left (C) using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A).
4. Install Feet (H) to Bottom Supports (A). Assemble Casters (F) to the cart assembly using M6x12mm Screws (S-B) with M6 Nuts (S-D) and Wrench (T-A).
5. Secure Hooks (I) to Vertical Supports Right (B) and Vertical Supports Left (C) using M4x16mm Screws (S-E).

ASSEMBLY STEPS

• STEP 1
  Slide Adjustment Supports (D) onto Adjustment Crossbars (E). Determine the maxium required mounting depth for your equipment and use the associated Setting Numbers from the chart. Align the
  Setting Numbers on the Adjustment Crossbar (E) with the inner rectangular cutouts on Adjustment Supports (D) shown below (labeled “Read from here”). Assemble using M6x12mm Screws (S-B), Plastic Spacers (S-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.

• STEP 2
  Assemble Bottom Supports (A) and Adjustment Crossbars (E) with Adjustment Supports (D) to Vertical Supports Left (C) using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A). Connect the two assemblies with Vertical Supports Right (B) as shown below using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A).

• STEP 3
  Secure Adjustment Crossbars (E) with Adjustment Supports (D) and Upper Supports (G) to Vertical Supports Right (B) and Veritcal Supports Left (C) using M8x20mm Screws (S-A) and Wrench (T-A).

• STEP 4
  Install Feet (H) to Bottom Supports (A). Assemble Casters (F) to the cart assembly using M6x12mm Screws (S-B) with M6 Nuts (S-D) and Wrench (T-A).

• STEP 5
  Secure Hooks (I) to Vertical Supports Right (B) and Vertical Supports Left (C) using M4x16mm Screws (S-E).
