Product Information
The product is a lamp that requires assembly. It comes with a mounting
bracket, wire nuts, screws, and a canopy. The lamp uses E26 Type A bulbs, and
it can accommodate bulbs with a maximum wattage as indicated on the wattage
caution label near the lamp
holder. The lamp is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions
- Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- Before assembling the lamp, ensure that it is unplugged from he wall receptacle.
- Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box.
- Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A):
- Connect the WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- Connect the BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw (B).
- Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screwsprovided (E).
- Install the bulb (F) (not included). Use only E26 Type A bulbs with a maximum wattage as indicated on the wattage caution label near the lamp holder. Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
- After assembly, plug in the lamp to the wall receptacle and turn on the switch to use.
Care Instructions
Use only a soft cloth to clean the lamp. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
- Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
- Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A):
- WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
- BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
- Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(B). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E).
- Install the bulb (F) (not included).
