DEAR CUSTOMER! Prior to operating the appliance, please carefully read the
present manual which contains important information regarding its proper and
safe operation. Take care not to lose the present manual. The manufacturer
will not be responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the
appliance or from non-observance of the instructions and provisions of the
present manual, as well as from attempts by unskilled persons at repairing

the appliance. Should You decide to transfer the appliance to another person, please pass the present manual over along with it.
PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE For cleaning dust and dirt from hard and soft surfaces (hard floor, carpet, etc.). The vacuum cleaner is a home appliance and is not designed for industrial applications.
1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS The following requirements should be strictly observed in order to avoid situations hazardous for human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance: 1. Carefully read the present manual prior to operating the appliance.
Retain the present manual, cash voucher and appliance packaging. 2. Before operating the appliance ensure that the power supply grid voltage
corresponds to that indicated on the charger. 3. Connect the appliance for charging only to power grid sockets equipped
with earthing contacts, use only two-pole extension cables with 10 A rating and an earthing conductor. 4. The appliance should be turned off during charging. 5. Never charge the cleaner at ambient temperatures above 37 °C and below 0 °C. 6. The charger may become hot during charging. 7. Always disconnect the charger from the electric socket after fully charging the battery. Pull the charger connector from the charger socket of the appliance before use and any cleaning and maintenance operations. 8. Do not leave the appliance near sources of heat. 9. Do not obstruct the air exhaust grille.

10. Do not use methyl alcohol and other solvents for cleaning the appliance. 11. Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect liquids. 12. Only the use of original spare parts is allowed. Do not use accessories
which are not included in the scope of supply. 13. Do not turn the appliance on if it is damaged or malfunctioning. 14. Do not charge the appliance if its power cable or plug is damaged, if
doesn’t run smoothly or has been dropped. 15. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourselves. 16. If the charger is damaged it should be replaced by the Manufacturer, a
service facility or other skilled personnel. 17. Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquids. 18. The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or mentally
handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. Take precautions not to children play with the appliance. 19. Special instructions for transportation (shipment) and sale: none.

4. OPERATING PROCEDURE ASSEMBLY – Unfold the handle until it locks in place (fig. 1). – Line up the brush with the main body and firmly push it in until it locks
in place (fig. 2). 23

– Before first use charge the cleaner for 5 hours, then discharge it completely. After the first use the charging time will be 4 hours. The indicator light will blink during charging and remain lit when fully charged (fig. 3).
– Fasten the plastic wall holder to the wall with the included screws and dowels.
OPERATING THE CLEANER IN UPRIGHT MODE Turn the cleaner on by sliding the ON/OFF switch (1) to the desired position (fig. 4): – first position of ON/OFF switch: the brush attachment LED lights are OFF; – second position of ON/OFF switch: the brush attachment LED lights are ON.
USING THE CLEANER IN HANDHELD MODE – Push the handheld release button forward; lift the handheld cleaner
from the main unit (fig. 5). – Turn the handheld cleaner on by sliding the ON/OFF switch (9) forward.
CHARGING / POWER INDICATION The cleaner is equipped with a LED display. The following information will be shown on the display during operation: – 3 points ­ battery fully charged – 2 points – 2/3 charge – 1 point – 1/3 charge When the battery is fully discharged the indicator will blink for 20 seconds, after which the cleaner will turn off automatically.
CREVICE TOOL / DUSTING BRUSH The accessory is stored at the rear of the main unit. If necessary it can be attached directly to the handheld cleaner.

NOTE: During storage or charging secure your cleaner by inserting it in the wall holder (fig. 6).
5. CLEANER MAINTENANCE DUST REMOVAL – Push the handheld unit release button upwards; lift the handheld unit
from the main unit. – Press the dust container release button and remove the dust container
(fig. 7). – Lift the filter from the dust container (fig. 8). – Turn the dust container upside down over a bin to empty it (fig. 9). – Reassemble the handheld cleaner and reinstall it in the main unit.
CLEANING THE FILTER – Push the handheld unit release button upwards; lift the handheld unit
from the main unit. – Press the dust container release button and remove the dust container. – Lift the filter from the dust container and clean it. – Wash the filter in lukewarm water and leave to dry for 24 hours. Once it
is completely dry reinstall the filter into the dust container (fig. 10 & 11). – If necessary, wash the dust container in lukewarm water. Ensure the
container is fully dry before reinstalling it into the cleaner. – Reassemble the handheld cleaner and reinstall it in the main unit (fig.
12 & 13). ATTENTION: Do not use hot water or detergents for cleaning the filters. Do not use the cleaner without the filter installed.
CLEANING THE FLOOR AND CARPET BRUSH ATTENTION: Always turn the appliance off before cleaning. – Using a coin turn the lock to the open position (fig. 14).

– Remove the agitator cover. – Remove the agitator. – Replace the agitator with a new one or clean it. The agitator only fits
in one direction (fig. 15). – Reinstall the agitator cover and lock it using a coin.
We strongly recommend observing the following maintenance rules; they will help retain the suction capacity and quality performance of the CENTEK TM vacuum cleaner. This is also the prerequisite for free guarantee maintenance. Do not wash the filter in a washing machine and do not dry it with a hair drier. Check the dust collector and filter after each use of the cleaner. Failure to do this may cause a suction capacity reduction and failure of the appliance.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT For reasons of safety the Lithium-Ion batteries in this cleaner are only replaceable by a service engineer. When the batteries fail to maintain charge, please contact the Customer Service Centre to arrange a replacement.
END OF PRODUCT LIFE BATTRTY REPLACEMENT If the cleaner is to be disposed off the batteries should be removed. Used batteries should be taken to a recycling station and not disposed whit household waste. To remove the batteries, please contact the Customer Service Centre or proceed according to the following instructions: IMPORTANT: Always fully discharge the batteries before removal and ensure charger is unplugged. – Run the unit until the batteries are completely empty. – Release the handheld unit from the main body of the cleaner.

– Press the dust container release button and remove the dust container. – Remove 6 screws and open the unit. (fig. 16) – Remove the motor /battery housing and disconnect the cables. – Remove the batteries from the housing. NOTE: Should you experience any difficulties in dismantling the unit or for more detailed information about treatment, recovery and recycling of this product, please contact your local city office, your household waste disposal service.

7. DISPOSAL Upon expiry of its service life the appliance can be disposed of separately from ordinary domestic waste. You can turn it over to a specialized electric and electronic appliance disposal and recycling centre.

8. CERTIFICATION DATA, GUARANTEE The service life of this item is 5 years since the date of sale to the end user, provided the item will be used in strict accordance with the present manual and the applicable technical standards. Upon expiry of the service

life please contact the nearest authorized service centre for suggestions as to further operation of the appliance. The manufacturing date of the appliance is integrated into the serial number (digits 2 and 3 – year, digits 4 and 5 – month of manufacture). If any questions related to appliance maintenance should arise, or if the appliance has malfunctions, apply to the CENTEK TM Authorized Service Center. With this Warranty Card the Manufacturer confirms the proper condition of the appliance and undertakes to repair, free of charge, all defects caused by the Manufacturer’s default.

GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE TERMS 1. The guarantee shall be valid if the following documentation conditions are observed: – The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the of appliance model, serial number and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card. The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible or ambiguous. 2. The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed: – the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual; – the safety rules and requirements are observed. 3. The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation and setup of the appliance at the owner’s location. 4. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases: – mechanical damage; – normal wear of the appliance; – non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user; – improper installation or transportation; – natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer’s or Seller’s control; – ingress of foreign objects, liquids or insects into the inside of the appliance; – repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons;

– use of the appliance for commercial purposes (loads exceeding normal domestic application), connection of the appliance to utility and telecommunication networks incompliant with national technical standards; – failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance: a) remote control units, rechargeable batteries, replaceable batteries (power cells), external power supply units and chargers; b) consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits, hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers); – for battery-powered appliances ­ operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries; – for rechargeable battery-powered appliances ­ any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging. 5. The present guarantee is provided by the Manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights determined by the applicable legislation and does not limit these rights in any way. 6. The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer’s or third persons’ property if such damage is inflicted as the result of non-observance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances. 7. Service centers will only accept appliances in a clean state (there should be no food residues, dust and other contamination on the appliance).
The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the design and specifications of the appliance without prior notice.
