Before You Begin…
READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP THIS MANUAL
Caution
To ensure safe and proper use, read all safety information before using the
device. Only use with manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, accessories,
and supplies.
- THIS DEVICE IS NOT A TOY, do NOT allow children or pets to use or play with this device.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, humid, or wet conditions.
- Do not submerge in water.
- Low power may cause poor Bluetooth connection or sound distortion.
- Do not overcharge battery.
- If using with a USB adapter, make sure the adapter is not damaged.
- Do not allow the USB port or the connectors of the supplied USB cable to be exposed to dust or water, or to come into contact with any conductive materials such as liquids, metallic powders, etc.
- The case and earbuds include built-in batteries should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Please consult the local authorities on the correct way to dispose of batteries.

Location of Controls
Getting Started
Charging the Case
Insert the small connector of the included USB charging cable into the
charging port on the back of the case. Insert the large connector into a USB
power source such as the USB port on a computer, or into a 5V USB adapter (not
included) and plug into a wall socket.
Charging the Earbuds
- Use the included charging case to protect and charge your earbuds.
- To charge the earbuds, open the case. Place the earbuds into the correct earbud charging ports. The earbuds will automatically power OFF and begin charging.
Powering ON/OFF
- When removed from the case, the earbuds will automatically power ON
- Alternatively, you may Long-Press (3s) the earbuds’ MULTI button to manually power them ON
- When replaced into the case, the earbuds will automatically power OFF
- Alternatively, you may Long-Press (5s) the earbuds’ MULTI button to manually power them OFF
Bluetooth Pairing
- The earbuds will automatically power on and pair with one another when removed from the case. After a few seconds, a tone should be heard indicating that the earbuds have connected to each other.
- Open your device’s Bluetooth menu and select ARTWS107 when it appears.
- Another tone will be heard, indicating that the earbuds are successfully connected to your device.
Pairing Troubleshooting
Trouble Pairing the Earbuds to Each Other? Try these steps:
- Place both earbuds back into the case to power them OFF.
- You may need to go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and manually “Forget” one or both of the earbuds and turn your device’s Bluetooth OFF while the earbuds pair to each other.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth back ON if necessary, and follow the Bluetooth Pairing steps above again.
Media Playback
- Press either earbud’s MULTI button to PLAY/PAUSE media
- 2x Press the LEFT earbud’s MULTI button to skip to the PREVIOUS track
- 2x Press the RIGHT earbud’s MULTI button to skip to the NEXT track
- 3x Press the LEFT earbud’s MULTI button to DECREASE volume
- 3x Press the RIGHT earbud’s MULTI button to INCREASE volume
Phone Calls
- Press either earbuds’ MULTI button to ANSWER an incoming phone call
- Press either earbuds’ MULTI button to END an ongoing phone call
- Long-Press (2s) either earbuds’ MULTI button to REJECT an incoming phone call.
Voice assistant
- If your device has a voice assistant feature, Long-Press (2s) either earbuds’ MULTI button to activate the voice assistant
