Before You Begin…

Caution
To ensure safe and proper use, read all safety information before using the device. Only use with manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, accessories, and supplies.

  • THIS DEVICE IS NOT A TOY, do NOT allow children or pets to use or play with this device.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
  • Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, humid, or wet conditions.
  • Do not submerge in water.
  • Low power may cause poor Bluetooth connection or sound distortion.
  • Do not overcharge battery.
  • If using with a USB adapter, make sure the adapter is not damaged.
  • Do not allow the USB port or the connectors of the supplied USB cable to be exposed to dust, or water, or come into contact with any conductive materials such as liquids, metallic powders, etc.
  • The earbuds & case contain built-in batteries and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Please consult the local authorities on the correct way to dispose of this device.

Getting Started

Charging the Case Plug the small connector of the included USB charging cable into the charging port at the bottom of the case. Plug the large connector into a USB power source such as the USB port on a computer, or a 5V USB wall adapter (not included).
The charging case’s LED at the bottom will blink RED while charging.The LED will be solid RED when the case is fully charged.
Charging the Earbuds
Make sure the case is charged.
To charge the earbuds, place them in the correct ports in the case. They will automat is Ily begin charging. The earbud LED indicators will be solid RED while charging then turn OFF when fully charged.
On low power, a tone will be heard from the earbuds, indicating charging is required.
Powering ON/OFF

  • The earbuds will automatically power ON when removed from the case. The earbud LED indicators will flash RED and White, then turn OFF when the earbuds are placed into the case.
  • The earbuds can also be powered ON/OFF by pressing + holding (appx. 5s) the Multi buttons.
  • When powered ON, the earbuds will automatically pair with one another. Once paired with a device, the earbuds will automatically re-pair with that device, so long as the device is within connection range (33 ft.) and Bluetooth is enabled.
  • The earbuds will automatically power OFF if they have not paired to a Bluetooth device after 5 minutes.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Power the earbuds ON. Both of their LED indicators will flash RED and WHITE
  2. After a moment, a voice will be heard on the earbuds indicating that they have paired to each other. The LED indicator on the main earbud will flash RED and WHITE , and the LED indicator on the secondary earbud will turn OFF.
  3. Set your mobile device to search for Bluetooth devices. When it appears, select ARTWSIGN from the list of found devices.
  4. Once successfully paired, a tone will be heard, and the LED indicator will turn OFF.

Playback will be controlled from your paired device, or the controls listed below.

  • lx Press either Multi button to pause playback. Press again to resume.
  • 3x press the RIGHT Multi button to decrease the volume.
  • 3x press the LEFT Multi button to increase the volume.
  • 2x press the RIGHT Multi button to skip to the previous track.
  • 2x press the LEFT Multi button to skip to the next track.

Phone Calls
When paired to a phone via Bluetooth, you can control phone functions using the controls listed below.

  • lx Press either Multi button to answer an incoming phone call.
  • lx Press either Multi button to hang up a call.
  • Press + hold (appx. 1.5s) either Multi button to reject an incoming phone call.

Activating Voice Assistant

  • Press + hold (appx. 2s) either Multi button to activate your device’s voice assistant.

This product as supplied and distributed new by an authorized retailer is warranted by Southern Telecom, Inc. to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship (“Warranty”) as follows:

  • Select the brand, fill out the corresponding form (exchanges require dated proof of purchase from an authorized retailer) then submit your request.

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier.
Warranty service not provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification including software modifications such as the installation of custom firmware.
