Product Information

Product Usage Instructions
- Begin by assembling the fixture using the provided assembly steps listed in the manual. Follow the instructions carefully.
- Turn off the electricity at the main circuit breaker panel before beginning the installation.
- Once the fixture is assembled, connect the white supply wire tothe white, marked or ribbed fixture wire using UL listed wire nuts.
- Next, connect the black supply wire to the black or smooth fixture wire using UL listed wire nuts.
- If your fixture includes a green ground wire from the supply, connect it to the bare copper or green ground wire from the fixtureusing a green ground screw. If your fixture does not include a green ground wire from the supply, use a bare copper or green ground wire to connect the fixture ground wire to the green ground screw.
- Once all connections are made, turn on the electricity at themain circuit breaker panel to test the fixture.

- CAUTION: Read instructions carefully and turn electricity off at main circuit breaker panel before beginning installation.
- CAUTION: Risk of fire. Min. 90°C supply conductors. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.
- WARNING – If any Special Control Devices are used with this Fixture, Follow the Instructions Carefully to assure full compliance with N.E.C. requirements. If there are any questions, contact a Qualified Electrical Contractor.
- CAUTION – All glass is fragile, use care when handling Glass component(s) and or Lamp(s).
