JONES STEPHENS D50453 Drainage System
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEVELBEST® DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Deburr, clean and prepare the drain pipe according to industry standards.

Solvent weld the LevelBest® rough-in kit as close to the height of the finished concrete as possible.
Note: Due to the domed shape of the LevelBest® top, there is no need for artificial marking devices such as whiskers if the drain is close to finished height. -
Pour and finish the concrete.

Brush away any loose concrete from the drain area.

Use a meter key or pair of pliers to remove the domed top.

Thread in strainer or cleanout assembly.
Note: If you are using an all metal strainer assembly, an optional support ring is available. (See chart below for part numbers.) -
If the strainer or cleanout assembly is not level with the finished floor, use optional shims to level. These shims can be stacked to adjust for varying degrees of level. Each shim is 1/8” thick. (See chart below for part numbers.)
