Product Information
The ZM6SB / ZM6SW are 6.5/165mm 2-Way Weatherproof Speaker Systems that are ideal for indoor and outdoor use. They are available in black (ZM6SB) and white (ZM6SW) colors and have a maximum power output of 220 Watts and an RMS power output of 110 Watts. The speakers have an impedance of 8 Ohms, a voice coil of 25mm, and a frequency range of 55Hz – 20kHz. The tweeter level is adjustable (High / Low), and they have a sensitivity of 90dB / 1W. The speakers weigh 3.5kg / 7.7lbs and have dimensions of 300mm x 215mm x 195mm (WxHxD). They can operate in a temperature range of -20 Degrees to +85 Degrees C.
Product Usage Instructions
When installing the ZM6SB / ZM6SW speakers, ensure that you install them on a flat, level surface using two stainless steel screws. The speakers are ideal for hanging from ceilings, on a wall, or standing using the tilt mount bracket. If you are installing them into a marine environment, ensure that the installation area does not interfere with the vessel’s factory-installed electronics. Avoid installing the speakers in close proximity to magnetic components like compasses.
When wiring the speakers, the black wire is audio negative, and the red wire is audio positive. Unscrew the terminal to insert the appropriate wire. The terminals allow an ideal wire gauge of 4 sq.mm/11AWG, and banana plugs may also be used.
Before drilling or cutting any holes, check the installation area carefully. DO NOT work near fuel tanks, fuel lines, hydraulic lines, or electrical wiring. DO NOT mount the speakers in such a way as to pinch or damage the wires.
Always ensure that the enclosure is securely attached to avoid movement and damage. Phoenix Gold accepts no responsibility for damage or injury due to inappropriate securing of this product.

Installation
Due to the weight of the ZM6SB/W, ensure you install on a flat, level surface

ensure the area for installation does not interfere with vessels factory
installed electronics. Avoid installing in close proximity to magnetic
components i.e. compasses.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON SPEAKERS
Phoenix Gold warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized Phoenix Gold dealer in the United States of America only. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction, Phoenix Gold will (at its discretion) repair or replace the defective product with new or re-manufactured product at no charge. Damage caused by the following is not covered under warranty: accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect, failure to follow installation instructions, unauthorized repair attempts, misrepresentations by the seller. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages and does not cover the cost of removing or reinstalling the unit(s). Cosmetic damage due to accident or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES
Products purchased outside the United States of America are covered only by
that country’s Authorized Phoenix Gold reseller and not by Phoenix Gold.
