FAQs
1. Does the air outlet get dirty easily? If yes, does this affect the operation of the air assist set?
Smoke and oil stains may be produced when some materials, such as wooden boards, are processed, and residues may accumulate on the nozzle. This usually happens. The air assist set may fail to work properly due to too many residues. You can wipe the nozzle with a cotton swab moistened with alcohol.
2. After I install the air assist set, the laser module emits light without energy, or the nozzle is very loose on the laser outlet. What can I do?
A roll of tape is delivered with the air assist set. You can wrap it around the laser outlet about 10 to 20 circles, fit the nozzle on the outlet, and then gently tighten the screw. Make sure that the nozzle doesn’t fall.
3. How do I pull the tube out of a quick-plug connector?
Press the blue or grey ring on top of the hole, and then pull the tube out.
