QUAD LOCK QL-5289 OEM Wireless Charger
Product Information
The wireless charging module is a Quad Lock product that allows you to charge
your smartphone wirelessly while riding your e-bike. The charging module comes
with a cable and requires a regulated accessory power supply with suitable
overcurrent protection. The puck must be installed with the necessary
precautions to avoid electrical shock.
The product has technical specifications that include input voltage, input
current, input connection, output power, operating temperature, operating
frequency, efficiency, standby current, and phone charging. The product is
compatible with specific devices mentioned in the manual that must be using a
dedicated Quad LockCase (Original or MAG) to ensure optimal charging and
mounting experience. The product has a water resistance of IP67 and has been
certified to comply with RED Directive (2014/53/EU), EMC Directive
(2014/30/EU), CE-LVD Directive (2014/35/ EU), and EN 50498.
Product Usage Instructions

The product must be professionally installed by an authorized assembly plant or service center. The unauthorized installation will void the product warranty.

Cable Installation: Tighten the wireless charging module and cable from Quad Lock with 0.2Nm torque from the regulated accessory power supply with suitable overcurrent protection. Power and cabling from the e-bike drive system vary per manufacturer.

Puck Installation: Follow necessary precautions to avoid electrical shock and tighten the puck with 1Nm torque.

Example Wiring Configurations: Connect the Quad Lock module to the 12V accessory port or Quad Lock 12V power module. For the mid-drive motor, hub motor, or connect at the stem, follow the necessary wiring
configurations mentioned in the manual. -
Troubleshooting: If you face any issues with the product, check the drive system, power, battery charge, and 12V power at the connector, follow the manual and replace the cable or charging module if needed.
