instructions carefully, to ensure maximum performance of your sound machine and for your personal safety

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATING YOUR SOUND MACHINE AND AVE IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, AND REFER BACK FOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.

1. WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock or damage to the sound machine, DO NOT disassemble the sound machine. There are NO serviceable parts inside. Contact technical support for assistance.
2. WARNING: To prevent fire or electric shock hazards, do not expose the sound machine to rain and moisture (including drips or splashes). Do not submerge the  sound machine inwater. Do not place any objects filledwith liquids, ( i.e: vases and water bottles) on or near the sound machine.
3. WARNING: Do not expose the sound machine or its batteries to excessive heat, such as direct sunlight, fire, or other heat sources.
4. WARNING: This is a stand-alone unit. There are no attachments or accessories, Do NOT be modify or use any with this sound machine.
5. Do not place objects on top of the sound machine.
6. Do not place the sound machine on an unstable table, stand, tripod, bracket, or cart. The sound machine may fall, resulting in damage to the machine or possible damage or injury to yourself or others.
7. Do not use objects other than your finger or the eraser of a pencil to operate the buttons on the sound machine.
8. When charging the sound machine, only use a Type C charging cord that is not damaged or bent. Charge in an outlet with voltages between 110VAC and 220VAC. Do not charge in direct sunlight or an area that is damp, dusty, or vibrating. Do not charge near a radio or TV as these could interfere with connectivity.
9. Dispose of the sound machine properly, respecting your local electronics and battery disposal laws

CONTROLS

A set of eleven buttons on the top of the machine controls how the white sound machine operates.

  Power and Volume Buttons

| ⑧ Power On/Off Sw it ch| Press and hold this button for two seconds to turn the mach i ne on or off.

| ⑦ Volume Increase Button| Press or press and hold this button to increase the volume of the sound. You will hear a “ding” when you have reached maximum volum e.
| ⑥Volume Decrease Button| Press or  press and hold this button to decrease the volume of the sound.
| ⑨ Charging Indicator Light| If the machine is plugged in and charging, this light will be RED. When the mach i ne is fully charged, it will turn GREEN.

Sound Buttons

| ⑩ White Noise Sound Button| Press this button  to swit ch between 7 differ- ent white noise sounds.

Light and Timing Buttons

| ① Light Switch| Press the button to switch between three light options:

• Turn on the light
• Light rotates between dimmer and brighter
• Turn off the light

• Press the button to switch between 7 colors.
• Press and hold the button to rotate between all 7 colors.

| ③ Brightness Control Button|

• Press and hold this button to change the brightness of the light from bright to dark.
• Press and hold again to change the brightness from dark to light.
• Re- lease the button when the desired brightness is achieved.

| ④ Timing
⑤ Button and Indicators| Press this button to switch between the three timing indicators.
|  | When the indicator lights are all off, there is no timer set.
 |  | When a time is set, the volume will turn down slowly until the time is up, and then the machine will turn off automatically.

Back Ports

The back of the sound machine has two slots.

| ⑭ Earphone Output Port| Plug in a set of head- phones (not incl ud- ed), and others will not be able to hear the sound machine.

| ⑮ Type C Charging Port| Plug in a Type C charging cord and plug into a  USB port. When the cord is plugged in, the Charging Indicator light on top of the machine will glow RED when charging and GREEN when the machine is fully charged.

LIMITED WARRANTY

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY / 90Days

Riptunes™ warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship to the origin al purchaser as specified below provided product is registered on line within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
PARTS – if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase, Riptunes™ will repair or replace the product parts at no charge (for parts) to you in the U.S.A. and Canada.

LABOR – if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a period of ninety (90) Days from the date of the original purchase, Riptunes™ will rep air or replace the product at no charge to you in the U.S.A. and Canada, After ninety (90) days it will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Shipping costs to and from our warranty service center is the sole responsibility of the c onsumer.
To obtain warranty service by an authorized Riptunes™ service center, please email us at: support@riptunes. com to obtain a Repair and Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number and to locate the service center nearest you. Once authorized, you must mail the product, to the authorized Riptunes™ service center in its orig inal product packaging materials or equivalent, to pre vent damage while in transit. Further, should Riptunes™ determine that the product is outside of the Warranty term, Riptunes™ will return the product to sender at sender’s expense without being repair ed or replaced, unless authorized by the consumer to service the out of warranty product at consumer’s expense. All handling or restocking charges for returns and/or replacements shall be non refundable Riptunes™ specifically excludes from this warranty any non- electric/mechanical attachments, accessories and disposable parts including but not limited to outside case, connecting cables, batteries and AC adaptors.
Riptunes™ reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with the same, equivalen t or newer models.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace product at our discretion. Replacement may be either new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be made to ensure it is the same model, if same model is not available it will replaced with a model of equal or higher specification.
Normal “Wear and Tear” is not covered by this warranty. Further, Riptunes™ hereby reserves the right to determine “Wear and Tear” on any and all products.
Tampering or opening the product casting or shell, will void this warranty in its entirety.

Also this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or modified without the written permission of Riiptunes™; has been serviced by a non -authorized repair center of Riptunes™; has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual; has been used for co mmercial, non -household purposes; cosmetically damaged; was not imported by Riptunes™; was not manufactured according to specification of the United States market; improper installation or neglect; damaged due to improper packaging in shipment; damaged due to natural disasters; if the serial number for the product has been removed or defaced; or for cosmetic damages.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE A RE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE ( 1) YEAR PARTS AND NINETY (90) DAYS LABOR FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT.
THESE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. NO OTHER WARRANT! ES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN.

No Riptunes™ dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, change or amendment to this warranty without the written consent and authorization from Riptunes™.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limit ation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, or do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights , and you have other rights, which vary from state to state.
