Product Usage Instructions
- Fill the water tank with water between the MIN and MAX markings. Do not start the product without water in the tank. If the water level is below the MIN marking, the product will not start and the display will show error code E04.
- Place the food in a vacuum-sealed bag and place it in the water oven.
- Set the desired temperature and time on the control panel.
- Press the start button to begin cooking.
- The product will emit sound signals during cooking.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions carefully before use and save them for future reference.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles and knobs. Lids and handles become hot during use. Use pot-holders or oven gloves.
- Never immerse the power cord, plug or product in water or any other liquid – risk of electric shock.
- Do not allow children to use the product. Keep the product under careful observation when it is used near children. Use and store the product out of the reach of children.
- The product is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge of how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the product from someone who is responsible for their safety.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces. Place the product on a dry, level, stable surface away from moving parts.
- Pull out the plug before cleaning and when the product is not in use. Allow the product to cool before cleaning and before removing/inserting parts, or emptying the water bath. Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use the product outdoors.
- Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other accessories can result in fire, electric shock and/or personal injury.
- Never use the product for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged or not working properly, or if the power cord or plug are damaged. Take the product to an authorised service centre for examination, repair or adjustment.
- Never start the product without any, or with too little, water in the water bath. The water must cover at least the whole of the lower heating element and reach the FILL mark on the side of the water bath.
- Do not overfill the water bath. Leave enough room for the bags containing the food. Add more water, if necessary, after the food bags have been placed in the product so that the bags are completely submerged. Do not fill above the MAX water level mark.
- Be careful when handling the product when it contains hot water or other hot liquid. Always allow the water to cool before emptying the water bath.
- Open the lid carefully when the product is hot, as hot water collects on the inside of the lid during use. Wear oven gloves when lifting the lid, and tilt it slightly to allow the water on the inside of the lid to run back into the bath.
- To disconnect the product from the power supply, press the power switch to turn it off and then unplug it from the wall socket.
- This product can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the product and understand the hazards involved. Do not allow children to play with the product. Do not allow children to perform any cleaning or maintenance of the product without supervision.
IMPORTANT:
- Risk of contact with hot water/steam if the lid is opened during use.
- Never start the product without water in the water bath.

DISPLAY FUNCTIONS

TIME
Button to set cooking time 0–99.59 hours. When the product is in standby mode, press once to set the hour, press once again to set the minutes. -
Temp
Button to set cooking temperature 0–90°C. When the product is in standby mode, press once to set the temperature in °C, press once again to set it in °F. -
+/-
Button to increase or decrease time or temperature settings. -
START/STOP
Start/stop button. Press once to start cooking, press again to turn the product off.
USE
- Fill the bath with water. The water level should be between the MIN and MAX marks. If the water bath is empty or the water level is below the MIN mark, the product will not start and will display error code E04.
- Ensure the power cable is properly inserted in the power inlet on the rear of the product and plug it into a suitable wall socket. The display lights up.
- Place the bags with vacuum-sealed food in the bag rack and place it in the water bath.
- Never place food directly in the water bath. Food must be bagged before it is cooked.
- If a bag leaks or bursts during cooking, remove the bag, empty and clean the water bath, place the food inside a new bag and recommence cooking.
- Setting the temperature and time with the buttons on the display.
- Press the start button. The product starts and the icons for heating and water circulation are displayed.
- When the set time has been reached, the product does not turn off. It continues to operate for 1 hour. An audible beep is produced every minute until the product is turned off by pressing the Stop button.
- When the set temperature has been reached, the product stops heating and the heating icon is no longer displayed. If the temperature drops before the set time has been reached, heating restarts and the icon is displayed again.
- Empty the water bath after use. Allow the water in the water bath to cool. Remove the racks. Hold the handles and pour the water out.
IMPORTANT: Never start the product without water in the water bath.
NOTE:
- The pump may make a sound when the product starts up and the water begins to circulate. This stops after 5 to 10 seconds.
- Make sure the water level in the water bath is between the MIN and MAX marks.
- If the product is making more noise than it should during cooking, this may be because impurities have entered the pump. If this happens, stop the product and clean it. Then restart and continue cooking.
MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
Dry the interior of the water bath with a soft cloth.
NOTE:
- Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use strong or abrasive detergents.
- Do not wash the product in a dishwasher.
If impurities have entered the pump
- Empty the water bath and remove the cover from the pump using a screwdriver.
- Pour clean water, with some washing-up liquid if necessary, into the water bath and start the product. The circulating water will gradually remove the impurities.
- When the impurities have been removed, turn off the product and pour out the water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The product will not start
• Make sure the product is plugged into the mains power and that the power outlet is working.
• Press the START/STOP button to start. If the product does not start, reposition your finger and press again.
The product beeps during operation
If the water level in the bath drops below the MIN mark during operation, the
product will beep and display error code E04. Check the water level and add
more water if necessary.
The temperature varies by more than 0.3°C
• Make sure the water level in the water bath is at least up to the MIN
mark.
• Make sure no food bags are touching the bottom of the water bath, blocking the slots in the base of the rack or preventing water from circulating around the edges of the water bath.
The display turns off and does not turn on again
• Make sure there is water in the water bath. If the product was started
without water, unplug the product from the wall and allow it to cool. When the
product has cooled, it can be used as normal.
• Make sure that both ends of the power cord are connected properly.
