Product Information

The Baseus True Wireless Earphones Bowie E9 are a set of earphones that feature ENC for clear calls, rapid charge, supports wireless charging, dual channel low-latency, and wireless V5.3. The earphones have touch-functional areas that can be used to control music and call modes. The charging case charges the earphones and supports wireless charging. The earphones have a playtime of 5 hours (70% of the volume) and playtime with a charging case of 25~30 hours. The earphones are made of ABS+PC material and are compatible with most wireless devices.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Power on: The earphones will automatically power on after opening the charging case lid.
2. Wireless connection:
   • Turn on wireless mode on your phone to search and pair the earphones.
   • Select device model: Baseus E9.
3. Download the app and link the earphones to the app.
4. Power off: Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid to power off the earphones.
5. Function Operation:
   • Music mode:
   • Play/Pause: Put on/off (L or R).
   • Previous song: press and hold the left earphone 1.5s.
   • Next song: press and hold the right earphone 1.5s.
   • Switch to low latency mode: Double-tap left or right earphones (L or R).
   • Activate the voice assistant: Triple-tap left or right earphones (L or R).
   • Call mode:
   • Answer/hang up: Double-tap left or right earphones (L or R).
   • Reject a call: press and hold the left or right earphone (L or R) for 1.5s.
6. Low latency mode switchover:
   • Method 1. Double-click the left or right earphone (L or R).
   • Method 2. Manually turn on/off the Baseus app.
7. Battery level display: Open the lid or click the charging case to display the current battery level of the charging case.
8. Restore factory settings: Turn off the wireless mode of the mobile phone. Open the earphone lid and then press and hold the charging case for 5 seconds.

Connection Steps

Tips for using the app:

1. The effective duration of the searching function is about 35 hours. Please use the function for searching for missing earphones during this period.
2. When the searching function is turned on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure to use this function when not wearing your earbuds to avoid hearing damage.
   • Note: Go to Settings>App>App launch>Open manually “Baseus” app: Allow Auto-launch, Allow secondary launch and running in the background.

Do not put this product in water (or washing machine). If water enters the product, let it dry naturally before using it.
