Baseus WM01 True Wireless Earphones Encok
Connection Steps
Before using for the first time, please tear off the insulating sticker on the earphone, and then put it in the charging case to charge. After the earphone and charging compartment are fully charged, remove the earphone from the warehouse, you can open the phone’s Wireless search connection to use.

Step 1-Turn on
Take out the earphones from the charging case or long press the left and right earphones for 3 seconds to start the pairing between the left and right earphones -
Step 2-Pairing mode
Turn on phone wireless to search and pair the earphones -
Step 3 -Select model: Baseus Encok WMO1

Step 4 -Shutdown put the earphone into the charging case and the earphone will power off automatically. The charging case will charge the earphone automatically
FUNCTION OPERATION
Charging Status Indicator Light:
-
Charging case charging earphones: During charging, the indicator light of the earphones flashes in red. The light turn off in 5 seconds when the earphones are fully charged.

Charging the charging case: The charging case indicator light flashes in white during charging, the white light is normally on after fully charged.
Restore factory settings:
- Method 1: Turn off the wireless of the surrounding phones. Put the left and right earphones into the charging case, open the lid and take out the two earphones. When the white light of one earphone flashes quickly and the white light of the other earphone flashes slowly, touch left or right earphones three times and then the red light of the earphones flashes once. The earphones are now restored to the factory settings. Put them into the charging case again and then take them out. Lastly, turn on the phone’s wireless to search the earphones to reconnect and use.
- Method 2: Turn off the wireless of the surrounding mobile phones. Take out just one earphone. When the white light flashes quickly, touch the earphone three times and then the red light flashes once. When this earphone are restored to the factory settings, put it into the charging case. Take out the other earphone and repeat the operation. After the two earphone are restored to the factory settings, put them into the charging case and turn on the phone’s wireless to search the earphones to reconnect and use.

- Please use a clean cotton cloth to clean the charging contacts of earphones regularly to prevent the earphones from failing to charge or turn on due to failing to clean for a long time.
- If the earphones are damaged or can not be turned on because consumers get them wet, for example, consumers leave the earphones in the washing machine by mistake. The responsibility needs to be borne by the consumer, and our company will no longer provide after-sales service of returns and refund.

Why the earphones cannot be turned on/off?

Make sure that the charging case and the earphones have battery left, open the lid of the charging case and the earphones will automatically turn on.

Make sure that the charging case have battery left, put the earphones back in the charging case, and close the lid to turn off the earphones automatically.

When the charging case is out of battery, please turn off the wireless function on your phone and the earphones will turn off automatically in 5 minutes.

Please keep the charging area of the earphones and Pogo pin of the charging case clean, and regularly clean them with dry cloth.
