Product Information
The NOHrD Elasko is a weight bench designed for improving physical fitness. It
has a maximum weight capacity of 150 kg and is made of wood and leather
materials. The product dimensions are:
Width: 79 cm, Height: 137 cm, Length: 158 cm, Weight: 40 kg. The product is
delivered in one box and should be assembled according to the provided
instructions. The packaging material should be kept for safekeeping until the
unit is ready to use.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the NOHrD Elasko, read and fully understand the safety instructions. Ensure that the weight bench is fully assembled and placed on a solid, dry, and non-slip floor. Clean the NOHrD Elasko with a damp cloth after each workout. Do not allow children to use the weight bench without adult supervision. During your workout, ensure that no other people, especially children, can interfere or reach into any adjustable pieces. Make sure that the maximum weight capacity is not exceeded. Before using the product, ensure that you are in good physical and conditional health. Consult your doctor prior to use. Incorrect or excessive use of this or other equipment and/or excessive exercise can lead to health damages. Increase your training slowly.

- Wood is a natural material and can make noises during use. You should always check for splintering. Wood can have irregularities in pattern.

material until the unit is safely ready to use.

Damaged parts can affect the safety of the NOHrD Elasko. You should not use
the weight bench if one or several original parts are damaged, show signs of wear/tear
or are not fully functional. Replace any default parts with original parts only. -
Incorrect repair work or spare parts that are not from the manufacturer can lead to danger and damages. In this case the manufacturer can not be made liable.

Manipulation or changes to the original design of the machine can lead to damages and/or physical injuries. Changes on the NOHrD Elasko should only be carried out by professional employees from the manufacturer.

Handling and Use

will help you use the NOHrD Elasko correctly.

Assembly Information / Customer Service
First, fully unpack your NOHrD Elasko and check for any damages from shipping. Packaging material should be kept until assembly is complete. Please use original packaging in the event of return or be sure to dispose of properly. Be sure to check that delivery is complete. For scope of delivery, please refer to the included parts list. Should any parts be missing or defective, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer. Assemble the NOHrD Elasko following the assembly instructions and illustrations.
