Important Notes:
Wood is a natural material and can make noises during use. You should always
check for splintering. Wood can have irregularities in pattern. These are not
reasons for complaint. Wood naturally responds to environmental influences and
regularly expands/contracts. It is essential to check all fittings regularly
and before use. We recommend keeping the packaging material until the unit is
safely ready to use.
WARNING: Children may only use the TriaTrainer under adult supervision.
Please exercise caution when folding / unfolding the TriaTrainer, as otherwise
bruising can occur.

Please carefully read the following safety instructions for the correct use, handling and maintenance of your new fitness equipment. Keep this manual for future reference. Following these instructions carefully will ensure safe use of your equipment at all times.

This piece of exercise equipment is intended for adult use only, designed for the sole purpose of improving physical fitness.
Please use accordingly. -
Damaged parts can affect the safety of this machine. You should not use the machine if one or several original parts are damaged, show signs of wear/tear or are not fully functional. Replace any default parts with original parts only.

Incorrect repair work or spare parts that are not from the manufacturer can lead to danger and damages.
In this case the manufacturer can not be made liable. -
Manipulation or changes to the original design of the machine can lead to damages and/or physical injuries. Changes on the TriaTrainer should only be carried out by professional employees from the manufacturer.

Wood is a natural material. The fixation screws can leave a mark on the wood. Due to the pliability of the wood the screws have to be tightened on a regular (min. bi-monthly) basis. During this procedure be sure to check your TriaTrainer for damages.

Any person to use the TriaTrainer, especially children, must be informed of and made aware of security risks before use. Children should never use the machine without adult supervision.

Before you start using the machine make sure you are in good physical and conditional health. Consult your doctor prior to use. The wrong use and / or excessive exercise can lead to health damages. Increase your training slowly.
Handling Instructions:
Please read these handling instructions carefully. The following information
will help you use the
Tria Trainer correctly.
- Do not use the Tria Trainer before fully assembling, reading and understanding the safety instructions.
- Inform yourself on all different adjustment possibilities your TriaTrainer features.
- Check all fixings before using the machine.
- Keep the Tria Trainer in a dry area. Humidity (swimming pool area or similar) can lead to corrosion of metal parts.
- Clean the Tria Trainer with a damp cloth after each workout.
- Children are not allowed to use the TriaTrainer without adult supervision. During your workout, make sure no other people (mainly children) can interfere or reach into any adjustable parts of the equipment.
- Always wear suitable exercise attire and shoes (sneakers) for your workout.
- For maintaining the wood of your equipment we recommend use of our maintenance kit.
General Instructions
Unpack your machine carefully and check for transportation damages.
Keep the packaging material until you successfully assemble the machine and
until you have satisfactorily used the machine.
Check if the delivery is complete. If you find damaged or missing parts,
please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer.
Read the assembly manual carefully. Assemble the machine by following the
instructions in the manual. Read and follow carefully all pieces of
information. Be sure to re-check all fixings after having completed the
assembly.

The TriaTrainer can be set into three different positions. Please do not
attempt to maneuver it into any further positions, as it was only designed to
function in the 3 ways displayed and could therefore suffer damage.
You have to lock the TriaTrainer when folded (page 10, figure 1). This ensures
that the TriaTrainer does not accidentally open or unfold during use.
The TriaTrainer frame stands firmly and directly on the floor. In order to
avoid scratching your floor or your machine, please stick our adhesive felt
pads directly onto the frame (separately available at
www.nohrd.com) or use an exercise mat beneath the
machine.
